Are you an experienced Nursing Home Manager ready to lead a well-run, well-respected home where your voice matters and your leadership make a real impact?

Salary up to £60,000 (Based on experience) up to 42 hrs per week - Full-time, Permanent

We’re Looking for a Leader Who

  • Leads from the front and is visible on the floor
  • Brings calm, organised, confident leadership — especially in a dementia/nursing setting
  • Enjoys mentoring staff and bringing out the best in people.
  • Builds trust naturally with residents, families, and professionals
  • Takes pride in standards, compliance, and doing things?properly, not cutting corners.

Qualifications, skills and Experience

  • 3+ Years in a clinical lead / or managerial role
  • Qualified, registered nurse with valid NMC PIN
  • QCF Level 5 in Leadership and Management
  • Full eligibility to live and work in the UK

In this role you will

  • Lead, mentor, and support the nursing and care team.
  • Oversee care planning, medication management and documentation
  • Manage staffing, rotas, supervisions, and performance
  • Deliver monthly KPIs and ensure continuous improvement of the home
  • Maintain full compliance with CIW standards
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with residents, families and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Be proficient with electronic software systems, EMAR, MS Office.
