Duties

• Assess and monitor residents' health status, including vital signs and medical history.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement resident care plans.
• Provide education and support to residents and their families regarding health conditions and treatment options.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Ensure a safe and hygienic environment for residents by adhering to infection control protocols.
• Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies, utilising critical thinking skills to make informed decisions.

Experience

• A valid nursing qualification with current registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Previous experience in a clinical setting is preferred, demonstrating proficiency in resident care.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and pharmacology related to medication administration.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work effectively within a team.
• A caring attitude towards patients, with the ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy.
