Job summary

Night Care Assistant – 3 Nights per Week (34.5 Hours)

?? Falcon House Carehome, Little Hallingbury, Bishop Stortford CM22 7PP | Permanent Position

We are looking to add to our fantastic and supportive team! We currently have 3 night shifts available per week (34.5 hours) @13.40/hr on weekdays @13.60/hr on weekends

Shift Pattern: 8:00pm – 7:30am

Working according to rota (including occasional weekends)

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Caring, kind and a genuine people-person
• Punctual, flexible and reliable
• Positive with a “can-do” attitude
• Respectful – you will be working in someone’s home
• Comfortable working as part of a small, close-knit, supportive team
• Willing to work according to the rota
• A car owner (desirable due to rural location with no public transport)

Experience in personal care (1 year preferred).

Excellent English is required.
