Night Shift Healthcare Assistant – Join Our Friendly Care Team

We are currently looking for a compassionate and dedicated Night Shift Healthcare Assistant to join our welcoming team.

Set in a beautiful location overlooking Petworth and the South Downs, our home provides a bright and uplifting environment for both residents and staff. With modern facilities and a strong focus on creating a warm, supportive atmosphere, we are proud to be rated Good by the CQC and are registered to care for up to 32 residents.

We are seeking individuals who are naturally kind, caring, and passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care. Respecting each resident’s individuality is at the heart of what we do, and we’re looking for team members who share that commitment.

Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience in a care home or home care setting is desirable but not essential — full training provided
• Valid driving licence (due to our rural location)
• Good written and spoken English for clear communication
• Basic IT skills to maintain accurate electronic care records
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Well-organised with good time management
• A compassionate nature and genuine interest in supporting vulnerable individuals
