Job summary
Key Responsibilities:-
-Prepare,Cook and serve meals in line with planned menus
-Ensure all food is nutritious,well presented,and meets dietary requirements
-Cater for special diets
-Maintain high standards of food hygeine and kitchen cleanliness
-Manage food stock,roration,and ordering supplies
-Work within set budgets while maintaining quality
-Comply with all health & safety and food safety regulations
Skills / Qualifications:
- Food Hygiene Certificate[Level 2 or above preferred].Proven experience as a Cook[Experience in Care Home]
