Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive patient care, including monitoring vital signs, administering treatments, and assisting with daily activities
• Support physicians and healthcare professionals in clinical procedures and patient assessments
• Administer medications accurately following prescribed dosages and protocols
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations
• Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, medication usage, and health management strategies
• Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies with professionalism and empathy
• Ensure infection control standards are upheld at all times within the clinical environment

Requirements

• Valid registration as a Nurse with the appropriate regulatory body in the UK
• Proven experience in patient care within a hospital or clinical setting
• Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology
• Excellent skills in medication administration, including injections, IV therapy, and oral medications
• Compassionate approach with excellent communication skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Organised with keen attention to detail to ensure accurate documentation and compliance with healthcare standards
