Job summary
Serene HC UK Ltd are seeking to recruit dedicated and compassionate Nurses (RGN / RMN) to join our healthcare team in Manchester as part of our Bank. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, delivering high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, and implement nursing care for patients.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor patient progress and provide support to families.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the best patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and best practices.
- The post holder will be responsible for the assessments of care needs and the development, implementation and evaluation of programmes of care.
- He/she will be expected to carry out all relevant forms of care.
- To take responsibility for patients as delegated by Head of Operations and Clincal Lead.

Qualifications:
- Registered General Nurse
- NMC Registration
- Evidence of Continuing Professional Development
- Some evidence of post registration Training
Experience:
- Qualified nursing experience working in a nursing home
- Evidence of good practice
- Teaching and mentoring junior staff
Skills:
- Good communication skills
- Able to work under supervision
- Able to assess, plan, implement and evaluate programmes of care for patients
Personal Qualities:
- Motivated
- Enthusiastic
- Able to relate well with people/team
Special Knowledge :
- Up to date with current nursing issues
- Health promotion and illness prevention
- Professionalism and good work ethic
