Job summary

Elm House Care Home has recently undergone a full refurbishment, creating a modern and welcoming environment for both residents and staff. We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Care Assistants to join our team and help us deliver exceptional care.

• Location: Elm House care home - Pillory Street, Nantwich
• Role: Care Assistant - Both day or night positions available
• Day position: 08.00-20.00 - Part time role - Alternate weekends
• Salary: £12.71 per hour
• Night position: 42 hours - 20.00-08.00 - Week 1 X 3 shifts - Week 2 X 4 shifts per week - Alternate weekends
• Right to work in UK: Sponsorship is not available for these positions

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality personal care and support to residents.
• Assist with daily living activities, ensuring dignity and respect at all times.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a safe and comfortable home.

What we’re looking for:

• A caring and empathetic nature.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
• Previous experience in care is desirable but not essential – full training provided.
