Job summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Care Assistant to join our team. You will play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of care for our residents and supporting the smooth running of shifts.
- Role: Senior Care Assistant
- Location: Turnpike Court care home - Sandbach,
- Contract: 36.51 position available - Optional overtime
- Schedule: 07.50-20.00 - Alternate Weekends
- Salary: £13.60 per hour

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a senior care role preferred
- NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) or willing to work towards
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Right to Work in UK
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage care staff during allocated shifts
- Administer medications safely and accurately
- Complete and update individual care plans
- Induct and mentor new staff members
- Ensure compliance with all care standards and company policies
