Registered Nurse for NIGHTS (RGN only)

Job summary

Parklands is a purpose built 54 bed Nursing Home, in South Benfleet. We offer 24 hour quality nursing care for older people and those with physical disabilities. There are also facilities for clients requiring rehabilitation and respite care.

Parklands is situated in a quiet residential area. Shops, public transport facilities, a library and places of worship are all close by. Benfleet Rail Station is less than a mile away.

We are seeking the following:

-RGN for NIGHTS (SHIFT 7PM-7AM)

all hours are considered

This role requires alternate weekend work and some bank holidays across the year.

ALL HOURS ARE CONSIDERED

The role of a Registered Nurse:

-Checking and administering drugs and injections
-PEG Feeds
-Syringe Drivers
-Wound Management
-Diabetes Management
-End of Life Care

The Essentials of a Registered Nurse:

-You must be NMC Registered Nurse with an active PIN number
-You must have a minimum of 6 months UK based care experience ideally within similar settings.
-Excellent communication skills.
-Enhanced DBS on update service preferred but not essential.
-Own transport preferred but not essential.
