About the Role
As a Staff Nurse, you will deliver high quality, person-centred
care, supporting residents’ well-being across residential, nursing,
dementia, and respite services. You will work closely with the nursing
and care teams to provide clinical care, administer medications,
complete care planning, and ensure a safe and compassionate
environment for everyone in the home.
Your role goes beyond clinical duties. You will build meaningful relationships with residents and their families, support colleagues, and help maintain the highest standards of care and dignity throughout the home.
What We Are Looking For
You are a qualified Registered Nurse, either Registered General Nurse or Registered Mental Health Nurse, with an active NMC registration. Experience in care home nursing is desirable, but a commitment to compassionate care is essential. You are confident in delivering clinical care and making nursing decisions. You have strong communication and teamwork skills and are passionate about improving the lives of residents and supporting colleagues.
About You
You thrive in a team environment where collaboration and
communication are key. You bring warmth, empathy, and professionalism
to every interaction and are committed to maintaining dignity, safety,
and high quality care for all residents. You are organised, proactive,
and motivated by making a meaningful difference every day.

provides residential, nursing, dementia, and respite care in a warm,
family-like environment. Our modern, comfortable living spaces,
engaging activities, and personalised care plans create a supportive
setting where both residents and staff can thrive. Joining our team
means working in a home where your skills are valued, your development
is encouraged, and your care has a real impact.
