About the Role
As Clinical Lead Nurse, you will take responsibility for
clinical governance, staff support, training, supervisions, and
maintaining the highest standards of care. Working closely with the
Deputy Manager, you will provide leadership and guidance to the
nursing and care teams, oversee care planning, support audits and
compliance, mentor staff, and act as a key point of contact for
families and external professionals.
Your leadership ensures every resident receives safe, person-centred, and high-quality care, while fostering a supportive environment where the team can grow and develop.
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with a valid NMC PIN
- Solid clinical experience, ideally in a care home or similar setting
- Confident in leading others and making clinical decisions
- Strong understanding of regulatory standards
- Passionate about developing and supporting your team
