Job summary
we are requiring a team leader to join our team at fieldhead park,
we would you to be medication trained and have experiance in leading a team to a high standard, working as apart of a team and also on your own to complete your own job duties,
you will be required to update and check care plans for all service users, and conduct Gp round for all residents
Skills / Qualifications:
- medication training
- level3 or 4 NVQ
