Job summary
Millbrook House, in Child Okeford, Dorset is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Chef / Cook to provide wholesome home cooked food for its residents.
Key requirements:
Food Hygiene certification Level 2 (training provided)
Previous experience in a similar environment would be an advantage
Kitchen records management, i.e., food labelling and kitchen cleaning records etc. (training provided)
Knowledge and experience with Environmental Health Officer (EHO) standards, (training provided)
