Are you someone who genuinely enjoys helping others live fulfilling, independent lives? We’re looking for a compassionate and reliable Care Assistant to join our team supporting adults with learning disabilities.

?? What You’ll Be Doing , Supporting residents with day?to?day activities, personal care, and independent living skills,  Encouraging choice, dignity, and inclusion in all aspects of daily life, Building positive,

trusting relationships with the people you support, Working as part of a friendly, committed team to create a safe and supportive environment

?? About You

•   Experience working with people with learning disabilities is highly desirable, though not essential

•   Kind, patient, and able to communicate clearly

•   A team player with a genuine passion for helping others

•   Reliable, flexible, and willing to learn
