Registered Care Home Manager – Plymbridge House, Plympton
£50,000–£55,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

What we’re looking for:

• A strong, compassionate leader who inspires and develops others
• Proven experience as a Registered Care Home Manager
• A solid understanding of CQC standards, with a drive to go beyond compliance
• A people-first approach - because great care starts with a supported team
• Someone ambitious for their home, with the vision to take it further
• NVQ Level 4/5 in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or working towards)
• Strong communication, organisation, and IT skills
