Laundry Assistant Location: Ashwood CC, Warminster Pay rate:  £13.01 Mon - Fri £13.41 Weekends Contracted Hours: 18 or 36 a week Situated in a quiet residential street close to the centre of the bustling town of Warminster, you will find Ashwood Care Centre. The home is surrounded by beautiful gardens, with large ash and oak trees. The spacious courtyard, with its flowers and outdoor seating, provides a wonderful south facing sun trap to take in the nourished, landscaped grounds. ABOUT THE ROLE As a Laundry Assistant you’ll be responsible for providing a laundry service for our residents; this includes the operation of commercial washing, drying and finishing machinery. You’ll ensure the laundry area is safe, clean and tidy at all times and that all laundry is processed in an efficient and timely manner.  Some of our residents love to join in with simple laundry tasks, so you may sometimes find that you have extra help as you carry out your daily routines.
