Job summary

As a Nursing Associate, you will work as an integral part of the Clinical Services team, supporting the Nurses with the delivery of clinical care, when you join Signature Senior Lifestyle at our luxury care and nursing home in Banstead. • Shift times: 07.45 - 20.00. Alternate weekends required.

Your Role at Signature

You will work closely with registered nurses and the wider Clinical Services Team to deliver high quality person-centered care to our residents.

You’ll assist in supporting clinical tasks within the scope of your NMC registration and practice, providing ongoing support for the residents, their families and the Clinical Services Team. You will support with monitoring and reviewing residents care plans, ensuring residents’ daily progress is recorded and reported accurately.

As well as being assertive, confident, passionate about providing excellent care and able to deal with challenging situations, experience in care and completion of an NMC approved Apprenticeship program is essential.  NMC Registration as a Nursing Associate is required.
