We moved our mother to Hendon Hall after her last care home had failed to provide adequate care. This was, undoubtedly, the best thing we could've done for her and for us. She was declining rapidly both physically and cognitively but has blossomed and thrived in her new home. She has quite advanced dementia but the care and attention she receives from all the staff is truly wonderful. She cannot tell us enough times how happy she is there when we visit and the activities and outings keep her stimulated and entertained. Everyone is so kind and attentive and the atmosphere is just joyful. I used to dread my visits to the old care home but now we look forward to going to see her. Her happiness is palpable and the staff are genuinely friendly and extremely supportive, keeping us well informed and involved with every aspect of her care and day-to-day life. I have recommended Hendon Hall to many friends as it is truly an excellent example of putting the word care back into care home.

My husband has been at Signature F.C. for over two years. The care from the staff has been superb and we are kept informed regularly on his wellbeing. Every need, question or problem that may arise has been met with professional care, thoughtfulness , and respect for my husband's needs. The activities are well organised and managed. As a family we have all been involved in his life at Signature which has been made easier for us by the understanding and quality of the all staff and its surroundings. THANK YOU - N. My mum and dad are both in Hendon Hall. They have both had a new lease of life since moving in. They have made many friends and enjoy the range of activities which are put on as well as going out with their family or for my dad independently. The two things I would recommend in particular are the wonderful staff who are genuinely kind thoughtful and greet people with a smile and the wonderful garden which is a social centre when the weather is kind. It retains the feel of a hotel rather than a care home, and I can not rate highly enough

We used Signature a second time for respite care for my mum. It is an exceptional care provider as my mum said they cater for every need and all the staff are so kind, respectful and caring. It is reassuring that my mum feels very comfortable having short term stays whenever she feels she needs some extra care and attention. As soon as she went in she was made to feel very comfortable and confident in her surroundings. She loved going to the dining room and looked forward to having her 3 meals a day . The environment is always very welcoming for visitors with a lovely cafe which is always well stocked . Mum also loved all the amazing activities laid on especially the singers that came in. All the spaces are very well maintained including the gorgeous out side space with lovely gardens and lovely terrace to sit out in with shady parasols. It is very reassuring as a daughter to know that my mum is very safe and well looked after and also that she is very happy there.

I have nothing negative to say about the care my father receives at Signature Ascot. The caregivers are always warm, positive and genuinely caring. They are so attentive to my fathers needs. This level of care gives me peace of mind. As I live in Canada. The team always let me know if anything needs my attention. Thank you team Signature Ascot you are amazing!!

My uncle has been at Signature in Banstead for nearly three months now and I've been impressed with how caring and attentive the staff have been. He is settled and happy here and has a lovely room which is comfortable and full of his own furniture and possessions. The gardens are well tended and suitable for gentle independent walks.

We visit our friend once a week. All staff are very friendly and helpful. Our friend is very happy here. Facilities and entertainment are good. He is very well looked after. We highly recommend Signature at Ascot.

The staff/carers/receptionists are always so friendly and pleasant! The care home feels like such a community and has helped resident recover and thrive. He is so happy here and we love to see him happy. Visitors are also made to feel like part of the family here, which is lovely. Always a lovely coffee and cake available for all. Couldn't recommend this home enough.

This home is so lovely & spotless with the friendliest of staff. They have rehabilitated our friend so well that they are back to their normal spritely self! All the facilities are great, lovely drinks and snacks available. The entertainment is varied and its lovely to see the residents smiling and singing/dancing along! The staff always smile and greet everyone, I couldn't recommend Signature at Ascot enough!

We chose Signature Hendon Hall for our mother to enable her to move closer to the family. Hendon Hall was our favourite after much research looking at other homes. The outstanding feature of Hendon Hall is that there is always a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The team is exemplary in all functions including care, hospitality, activities, housekeeping and management. Whenever we needed extra help for our mother, the staff were always obliging. Our mother loved living there for two and a half years and had so many favourites in the team.

On my second Respite stay, I had a good experience. With the new management, it was much better than previously. I was well looked after and treated with kindness by all the staff. Any questions I asked were always answered satisfactorily. The only point I would like to make is the daily tidying of the room. However, overall, I will stay there again in the near future.

It is extremely reassuring to know that my father is in the good hands of such happy and dedicated carers. He seems much more settled and content here than at the previous home he was in.

My father has spent the last month at Signature at Ascot following a hip operation, and we knew from the very beginning that this was the right place for him after meeting the wonderful client liaison manager. All of the staff and nurses have been absolutely amazing - caring, professional and always supportive. They made a difficult time so much easier for both my father and family. Thank you to everyone at Signature for the outstanding care & compassion you have shown.

Recently, we helped our dear friend to move into Reigate Grange, and very quickly realised we had made the right choice. The staff are very supportive, friendly and patient. The common rooms are very comfortable, well appointed and airy, and there appear to be plenty of activities organised for the residents. We have particularly appreciated how supportive Lesley has been and how efficiently she has dealt with all the questions and issues we have raised.

Our cousin enjoyed many happy years here, from an active lifestyle to her passing. Our praise is of the highest, from the welcoming grounds, beautiful clean well decorated interior, to the excellent care provided in all departments, spearheaded by the manager and her assistant. Well trained staff are always kind and caring, with varied menus catering for all tastes. Nursing care was parr excellence! Importantly residents privacy and dignity were always maintained to the very end. Our sincere thanks to this wonderful team who made our cousin- and us! Part of their family!

Kindness, care, welcome both for me and my wife. Think if I eventually need to have to go into a care home where I would like to go. Quality of food, surroundings perfect. My one regret is that I wish my wife had gone there earlier, she may have still been with me. A massive hole after over 55 years.

Our dad was looked after so so well, he felt like a VIP. All the staff were lovely and very attentive.

I'm sure dad will join you all again for some respite care in the near future.
