There is a friendly atmosphere at Hendon Hall. The staff, whether administrators, , nursing, caring or catering are experienced and have a good rapport with the residents. The residents have a lovely camaraderie between them and everyone has been so helpful and supportive to my mum. She feels secure
and is enjoying being at Hendon Hall and I am so pleased she is there.

My husband came here after a serious hip operation in Oxford. I visited every day and was very impressed by the whole place. The atmosphere was so welcoming not a bit like you think of an old people's home. The care, was first rate and the whole rehab experience helped hugely to his recovery.

My friend has been staying at Signature, Weybridge since September 2025 and I have been visiting her twice weekly. Each and every visit has been a delight. I cannot believe what excellent care is administered to all residents. Along this the staff go out of their way to welcome visitors and make sure
that we have all our needs met. I love the atmosphere and hospitality in the home. The atmosphere is great due to a great sense of caring present.

My friend needed care after a major operation - she was advised that it would be unsafe and unwise to return home where she lives alone. Moving into Signature has proved to be very good experience. Great care taken to ensure she gets food to her liking and charming and helpful staff.
She feels safe
and has been able to concentrate on getting stronger. In fact she feels so comfortable there she is considering making it a more permanent home. That alone is recommendation enough!

Just wanted to give a big congratulations to all the team for their hardwork and attention to detail over the Christmas period. We joined Dad for the whole day and enjoyed every aspect - champagne & canapes, the cocktail bar, carols around the piano and a wonderful three course lunch with wine. The
visit from Santa & the elves made Dad smile and all in all we had a great day. Wherever we looked we saw nothing but smiling faces.

Having looked at local care homes it became clear that Signature Farnham was a notch above the rest in every way. It's like a top star hotel with amazing facilities, entertainment and activities. But what of course matters most is the level of care given. From our first visit it was palpable how much
everyone that works at Signature cares for their residents, they are all SO kind. Dad's every needs are catered for and we never worry about leaving him after a visit. Everyone at all levels know his name and want the best for him and are quick to ramp up his care as his condition worsens, whilst always keeping us in the loop. You can visit the home at any time and log in to see his care and how he is for those days you miss.

It was a difficult and stressful transition for Dad and all the family but the team at Signature made it so easy and continue to show him the care and dignity he deserves. If asked, any of his family would highly recommend Signature at Farnham and the amazing team.

I cannot recommend Signature at Farnham Common highly enough. The facilities are the best we have seen by some margin (having looked around several others in the area). There is wonderfully calm, welcoming and comfortable environment. The tone is set from the moment you walk through the door. There
are all manner of events and exercise sessions organised to keep everyone busy. And the quality of the food is amazing. Facilities aside, what make Signature special is the quality of the management and the staff. There is a perfect combination of professionalism and kindness which is incredibly reassuring. I have to be concerned about many things but the level of care for my father is never one of them. I am always kept informed and consulted when required. Nothing is left to chance. We have had some particular family difficulties which has required the team to make additional arrangements above & beyond the norm. At no point has this ever been an issue for which I am profoundly grateful.

My Parents were resident at Signature for the last couple of years and sadly they are no longer with us. Their final years were very comfortable and they were extremely well looked after and greatly cared for and loved. The staff were simply amazing with them , both as individuals and as a couple.
I
cannot recommend Signature FC enough, the facilities are first class, the staff are some of the nicest you can meet and the overall experience was exemplary. Sure there were a few niggles and issues but the sign of a great service provider, is the way in which they correct and resolve any issues or misunderstandings.
My family and myself will miss everyone of you and you have our gratitude for providing our parents the best of times in the worst of times.

I moved my stepfather, who had advancing Parkinson's to Signature at Highgate and I'm very glad I did. As soon as I met the lead team I felt confident they would his care needs. When he moved in, the calm and peaceful the environment enabled him to relax in a way that had been entirely absent in his
previous care home. Because of his needs, he had one on one care, Signature assessed whether the carers were meeting his needs, and guided and supported them in their roles. Staff assessed his health needs and engaged him in deciding how he wanted his care to progress. That sensitively undertaken work proved so insightful and beneficial, and allowed him to live as well as he could in his last days. My step father loved the Signature garden, a the physical exercise groups and the opera streaming. He also greatly appreciated being taken to Kenwood. More than that, he appreciated and benefited from the gentle care of the excellent staff.
Reply from Karen Fleming, CLM at Signature at HighgateThank you Amanda for your kind words, your stepfather was a lovely man that we all miss terribly. The smiles and joy on his face was a sight to behold, he was a humble man and very appreciative of the care and support he received. He made some lasting friendships here not just with the care team but other residents as well. We do pride ourselves on caring for our residents as individuals, we listen to them and their family member to make sure they are well cared for and above all happy.

I cannot praise the care given to my friend too highly, from the day he was welcomed here a year ago, to the day he passed away peacefully, feeling valued and cared for. It followed a very difficult experience at his previous care home, which had left him feeling tense and confused. At Signature, he
was treated with dignity, respect and kindness, his needs were anticipated, and the staff went above and beyond to make him feel at home. He was encouraged and supported to take part in the many enrichment activities, including trips to venues and activities outside the home, which made life much more interesting. The communication and support that I received was also outstanding. The peaceful environment and respectful and caring attention my friend received, made a difficult time much easier, not only for him, but for all his friends and family.
Reply from Karen Fleming, CLM at Signature at HighgateThank you so much for your kind words; they truly mean a great deal to us. It was an honour and a privilege to care for and support your friend during his time with us at Signature at Highgate. The smiles on his face, and the excitement he showed for our trips out and the entertainers who visited, were truly heart-warming. He will be very much missed by everyone here.

Signature at Banstead

from John B (Respite Resident) published on 27 January 2026

Overall Experience 4.0 out of 5
I was pleasantly surprised at how easy I fitted in with this community. The low proportion of males to females was a concern initially, but was soon overcome. I found the entertainment and in house activities engaging and my room was very comfortable and quiet.
Did not get much opportunity to explore
Banstead due to poor weather but shops and facilities seemed close.
My only query was regarding the TV channels available to me but I am sure this could have been sorted if I had been staying on for any time beyond the two week respite period.
I now need to decide do I move to Banstead to be near my daughter and her family, or do I find somewhere in my home area of Dorset where a similar standard of care should be slightly cheaper.

Having viewed a number of car homes, it was clear that Signature at Reigate Grange offered the most complete and nicest facility. The staff have proved to be attentive and caring and take a genuine interest in my father, as well as his care needs. When visiting we are always greeted with a smile and
made to feel welcome.

Signature at Ascot

My brother moved into Signature at Ascot in November 2025. The quality of care he has received is excellent. The staff couldn't be kinder and the cleanliness and hygiene is of a high standard. The daily activity programmes are varied and the staff encourage everyone to participate. My brother has advanced
dementia but the staff make sure he is included, where possible. Management are visible and approachable. Finally, the food is varied and of excellent quality.
Reply from Tracy Campbell, Client Liaison Manager at Signature at AscotWe are delighted to hear that your time with your brother has been such an enjoyable experience. Our team works hard to ensure there is always a varied range of activities within our community and that everyone feels included and supported.

Were also pleased to know that the Bistro has been appealing, with a balance of healthy options and, of course, a few naughty treats for those with a sweet tooth!

Thank you very much for taking the time to share your kind review. It is truly appreciated by our whole team.
