Care Homes Owned by Signature Senior Lifestyle Ltd

My mother has recently moved into this nursing home . She has been there for approximately 3 months. She was in another local care home , but she was very unhappy. As we have not had as a family had to deal with this before we chose old care home based on reviews and first impressions . But it ended up not being as we expected . Since my mother has been at signature care home she is so much happier . As in put on weight as staff sit with her and make sure she eats . My mum.has mnd so all food has to be liquadised . I honestly would recommend this care home for a loved one . Staff must have been hand picked as they are the best x they honestly are wonderful . My mum is not left in her room in a chair unlike most care homes. There is so much for residents here . They have put so much time and effort into care of residents .. and nothing to much x mum now realise that its her home now . Thats amazing . Rather than her crying in old home

The staff always make me and my wife feel very welcome and will do anything they can to help.

Really welcoming , friendly staff always willing to help. Great cafe and snacks available. My dad loves it there, we was hesitant in the past from bad experiences at other homes but hes really settled and loves it there

My mother in law has been at this home for 15 months and has improved in many ways. She is being helped with personal care by the most caring of carers. She is very happy there. Well fed with delicious food.

After a four week stay, my wife is now back home continuing her recovery, and I'm sure she misses the fantastic three course meals provided by the Grange..

My sister enjoyed the finest care during the final two and a half years of her life. The care home also 'hosted' a memorable wake for her after the funeral, including beautifully crafted finger food

I have been really happy living here. The staff are so kind and always available to help & assist. The food is mostly good & better than I expected. Medical care has been great. Housekeeping could be a bit better its little things like changing the glass for water or a towel that obviously need changing.

I have been constantly surprised by the kindness, helpfulness and friendliness of staff at every level, across every sphere at Sugnature Farnham Common. The atmosphere is convivial, respectful and interactive, with amenities and activities that support dignity, autonomy and choice. It is not easy to transition from home to residential care. The staff understand this, and their empathy, patience, care, friendship and kindness with is exemplary.

My mother has been well looked after. Has responded well to her time at Signature. She has eaten well and activities have stimulated her. staff have communicated and ensured she has everything she needs.

Initially I was a resident for respite care. I later decided to become a full time resident. I had visited other care homes and found the accommodation and atmosphere outstanding I made many friends and was very happy there They were helpful in every way so that I could paint and go to pottery classes, play bridge and entertain my family. I now live with my partner nearby and continue to visit

Mum & Dad moved into Signature at Coombe Hill in June 2026 - an incredibly difficult time for them was made much easier with the support of the staff at Coombe Hill. From the receptionist, maintenance staff, restaurant staff and carers - everyone is kind and caring and look to make the best experience they can. Mum & Dad were able to bring their own furniture and pictures to make their apartment as homely as possible. I always feel welcome when I visit - the gardens are beautiful and I enjoy taking part in the activities when I'm there.

Dad came to Signature at Ascot for rehabilitation following a two month stay in hospital. The care he has received has been excellent, resulting in a huge improvement in his health and well being. All of the staff including carers, nurses and onsite physiotherapists have been exceptional. The facilities and surroundings are well equipped and family and visitors are always welcomed by the friendly staff.

I have spent 3 weeks here to recuperate from major surgery - a life-altering condition. Abdominal surgery. Multiple allergies to various foods, a stoma, and I had "gone off my legs" following prolonged bed rest. I am now walking without any aids - a vast improvement. Here the staff are always cheerful, encouraging, and available day and night. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. The nurses who deal with my stoma are well-trained and able. Overall - an excellent care home, strongly recommend.

Reigate Grange has been my new home for several months now. As soon as I walked through the door it felt as if the building had wrapped itself around me; it is such a happy place and the staff are so kind, caring and helpful. I feel so very lucky to be here the food is good too

Carers who come to rooms when required are excellent and caring at all times. Personally, I am very impressed by the ability to help with problems when required.

Room was adequate, very clean, and staff helpful and patient in the extreme - if anything too attentive - sitting in the library or bistro, they came looking for me! I did not think much of my bed which was for a right-handed person and there was no ability to push upwards to get out of bed with one hand - maintenance man was supposed to come but on holiday the 2 weeks I was in Signature. The activities are a great idea but popular ones in the bistro should not be run there - anyone coming into the care home for the first time is met at the entrance with a battery of 3 deep wheelchairs, and many dementia patients - complete chaos, enjoying themselves but really not a good or normal look for Signature - uou need a separate entrance! (Only escape into garden).

Excellent service provided by Karen and her dedicated team. Karen made my father's transfer to Signature at Highgate seamless in spite of some unusual challenges! My father is now living with his partner, Sylvia, at Highgate - the pair are very well cared for and love their new surroundings!
