I can honestly say I don't believe my 96-year-old mother could be in better hands. I live overseas but my siblings are relatively local and certainly did their homework before selecting Signature at Farnham Common as being best suited to fulfilling her needs. That was almost two years ago. It is costly, for sure, but everyone at the facility seems to go "the extra mile" in making sure her needs are met. I have just completed a quick visit and continue to be impressed. And thankful.

Most of all, I would say that it is the people working there that make it so special. They are the heart of everything. The staff are so kind and gentle, but with a sense of fun that is infectious and joyful. Choosing Signature was the very best decision we possibly could have made.

Putting someone you love into a care home can be one of life's hardest decisions. Whatever you feel, please don't take it out on the people caring for your relative. They're human too, doing a difficult job with compassion and dignity. From the moment you arrive at Coombe Hill Manor, it's clear this is somewhere special. The surroundings are beautiful, every detail feels thoughtfully considered, and the atmosphere is calm, welcoming and reassuring. Take time to talk with the staff. You'll find people with warmth, professionalism and genuine kindness who make residents and families feel valued. My mother is Finnish and has spent almost her whole life in the UK. Signature has taken the time to understand not only her care needs but her background and individuality. That personal approach has meant a great deal to us. Thank you to all signature staff for your patience and genuine love & warmth to your work. It helps families feel steadied, knowing our loved ones are seen and understood x

My father fell and broke his hip and after being discharged from hospital we had to find somewhere for his rehabilitation. We came and had a look around and were struck by how nice and unlike a care home Signature at Combe Hill Manor was. Everything is Excellent, the care, food , facilities, activities and all the staff. We as a family have absolutely no complaints.

I would highly recommend Signature at Farnham Common. The facilities are excellent, and the staff are welcoming, caring, and attentive to residents' needs. There's a genuinely lovely atmosphere, creating a warm and friendly community feel. The activities team does a fantastic job planning a full and varied programme throughout the week, ensuring there's always something engaging going on.

My mother was given the most warm welcome to her new home on 14 August '26. It was her birthday & every effort was made to make her feel special at 98 years young! A birthday party was organised, too! As her daughter who has looked after her up until this point, I was very anxious about this transition... but I didn't need to be at all. The staff took away any anxiety as soon as we arrived. A very successful, happy + loving transition.

As the wife of a user of the care home for respite care I was delighted with the kindness and professionalism of all the carers . He takes a lot of medication and has low mobility and everyone made him welcome as part of the Hendon Hall family . I was abroad on a family holiday so was not around the home but received regular updates from the team while was abroad

Our first experience of residential care and we cannot praise the staff and management of The Grange enough. Lovely, kind, professional people who are a credit to Signature. Mum was very anxous/anti-going into care but her fears have been overcome. Big thank you to Lesley/Louise and Regina!

The care and safety of all their "guests" is absolutely first class. To see my friend enjoying life again, making friends, being cared for and above all smiling makes me so happy. All the staff are so friendly and seem to love their jobs - nothing is too much trouble and always with a smile. Thank you Reigate Grange for all you do

I write this review before the recent changes in both the general manager & the dementia manager. It is far too soon for me to comment on the changes. Colin moved in & improved immediately in 2025 The staff are amazingly caring. I cannot thank them enough. A lot of kindness

Bentley House is also a lovely property to visit. The reception area is friendly and warm and they offer many complimentary food and drinks.

My mother-in-law was previously living in another nursing home where, sadly, the lack of care, interaction and enrichment left her becoming increasingly sad and withdrawn. Moving her to Signature at Hornchurch has completely changed our experience of what a care home can be.

From the moment we walked in, we were blown away. The facilities are absolutely stunning - it feels more like walking into a five-star hotel than a care home - but what really sets Signature apart is the people.

My mother-in-law is spoken to like a person. The staff take the time to talk to her, listen to her and include her. They are attentive, caring and genuinely seem happy in their work, which comes across in everything they do. She is encouraged to leave her room, join in with activities and be part of the community rather than simply being cared for.

The food is amazing and, after previously losing weight, she has already put on half a stone in the relatively short time she has been at Signature.

I moved my sister to Signature after she spent 3 weeks at another, differently owned, carehome. She was moved from hospital and left for 3 weeks in bed. The experience here has been amazing; she is now out of bed everyday, putting on weight; having regular Physio which has resulted in her now being able to stand. The care here is excellent - both from carers and non-medical staff. She feels valued and respected; this is now her home. She has made friends, joins in activities and is enjoying life.

I cannot rate signature at Hornchurch highly enough from the first day my mother arrived, its been nothing short of exceptional. All the staff, whether reception, maintenace or housekeeping are all so friendly and approachable, they cannot do enough to help. My mother is so happy here, and to know she is being looked after in such a lovely, caring environment by such amazing staff is a very nice feeling. I 100% recommend signature at hc.

The gardens are also very nice to look out on, and sit in when it's not so hot!

Everyone here goes out of their way to do all they can for us. The food is excellent - but if there is a dish not to your liking, the kitchen will always offer you an alternative. The activities have really improved - there is always something to do. We are also taken out once a week to various venues - usually of our choice.

Excellent exercise classes very welcome.

My sister-in-law moved in to Signature Banstead in October 2025 and has not looked back. She is safe and loves every minute of living here. We as a family, are so grateful to all the wonderful staff for making her life the best it could possibly be.

since both my parents moved in three years ago the care and attention has been exceptional. they have not only been able to customize offerings for each of their needs..they have welcomed us as family.
