The staff are always very welcoming and ready to help. There are a lot of different interesting activities for the residents. They have different menus every day and the food look delicious. In the reception, there is a warm environment, and you can have some cake and beverage with family and friends.
All the facilities appear very clean and organised. The care team provide an excellent service, and give very dedicated personal care to the people living there. Overall, if anyone is looking for a carehome for their loved one, I would most definitely recommend Bentley House!

Signature at Weybridge

Overall Experience 5.0 out of 5
Our father lived at Signature for three years during his dementia journey, and it truly became a home not just for him, but for our whole family.

The care and compassion he received from the team were exceptional. Aneta, Katie, Jana and the entire staff consistently showed kindness, patience and

genuine warmth. They treated our dad with dignity and respect every single day, which meant the world to us.

We sadly said goodbye to our father in December. During his final couple of weeks, the team made it possible for us to stay with him around the clock. They kept him comfortable and peaceful, and they also took incredible care of me, my brother and my sister during what was an emotional and difficult time.

We will always be grateful for the love, support and dignity they showed our father and our family throughout his time there. Signature will always hold a special place in our hearts.

Reply from Xenos Foster, Client Liaison Manager at Signature at WeybridgeThank you so much for your kind words. We believe we have a fantastic team here at Signature at Weybridge, and your recognition of this is appreciated by every member of our team. By having a whole home approach here at Signature at Weybridge, we believe this creates a relaxed and friendly environment for our residents to call home. We loved having your father here so much and will miss him, you and your sister greatly.

Signature at Caversham

Overall Experience 5.0 out of 5
My wife has lived in the dementia wing of Signature at Caversham since July 2024. I, or my son or daughter, try to visit her every day. Right from the start we were deeply impressed by the level of care provided to all the residents who are suffering from this beastly condition. There is always
a cheerful welcome at the reception desk, and when we take my wife to visit the cafe or the garden every member of staff that we pass knows her and greets her by name. She has had the same room since she arrived, in which she has items of her own, such as personal furniture, photographs and pictures. The room is always spotlessly clean. We regularly sit with my wife at lunch or supper time, as she needs help with eating, and the standard of food is very high.

Above all, it is the staff who make Willow View such a special place. Their patience, kindness and imperturbability is quite outstanding, and we are full of thanks and admiration for the wonderful work that they all do.

Reply from Maria Reed, CLM at Signature at CavershamThank you for sharing your heartfelt reflection about your experience at Signature at Caversham. We are deeply grateful to know that your wife and family have felt supported since she joined us in July 2024. Your feedback affirms our dedication to supporting residents and their families.

We are delighted that our warm welcome, our team's familiarity, and your wife's comfortable surroundings have made a difference. Creating a personal and reassuring environment is essential in providing high-quality, person-centred care.

Your kind words about the dining experience and your wife's room are greatly appreciated. Most of all, your recognition of our team means a great deal to us. Their patience, compassion, and dedication to residents with dementia are qualities we value greatly. We will share your message with them with pride.

Thank you again for the trust you place in us.

My mum has been a Signature, Weybridge resident since March 2022. I have written previous reviews praising the staff for their kindness and excellent care. And I can confidently say that this continues to be the case. Mum is happy, content and speaks so highly of her carers. Mum enjoys activities,
outings and afternoons of entertainment. When I visit I can see first hand how kind and lovely all of the staff are, giving me peace of mind that mum is safe, happy and well cared for. Thank you Signature.

Residents are very well cared for, respectfully and affectionately, especially by the day staff. There is room for improvement with cleanliness. Bins in rooms are emptied infrequently. In the bistro we have received dirty cutlery and glasses and had to wipe chair seat clean. I feel there could be more
focus on quality v quantity for meals. We were extremely disappointed to see the activities team go- that was really poor at these prices. Good to see this area recovering. Big complaint: coffee machine is always breaking down- needs replacing!
Reply from Louisa Capaldi, Client Liaison Coordinator at Signature at Reigate GrangeThank you for your feedback. We are pleased to hear you feel residents are cared for with respect and kindness. This means a great deal to us. We are, sorry to read that aspects of housekeeping and dining did not meet the high standards we set for ourselves. This is not the experience we want for our residents or their families. Your comments have been shared with our teams, and we are working hard to ensure consistency and attention to detail at all times. Dining is an important part of daily life here, and we are working closely with our chefs to ensure that quality and presentation meet the high standards expected. Regarding activities, we understand how important a strong and consistent lifestyle programme is. We are sorry for any disruption you experienced during the recent team changes and are pleased that you have started to see this area improve again. Thank you also for highlighting the issue with the coffee machine this is being monitored closely.

My mother has been cared for by Signature for almost 3 years now. All her wishes have been listened to and acted upon. It is not easy taking care of my mother, in bed for almost 2 years, but she has been treated with dignity by everyone. From the reception to the manager of the home, all know my mother,
which shows people care. Whenever I visit, the carers are with my mother, I see them taking time with her even when communication has become increasingly difficult. Signature at Banstead is a quality care home, and I thank all the staff who work there.

We will be sure to share your kind words with the whole team at Signature at Banstead; they will be incredibly encouraged by your gratitude.

Grandad moved into Signature Caversham around 2 weeks ago and we are so happy with the decision. Since moving in he looks so much better, has more energy, has been going on walks in the garden and his memory has even improved slightly. The nurses have looked after him so well, he had a severely infected
foot when he moved in that had been progressively worsening for 8 weeks but within 2 weeks they have stopped the infection and it has nearly healed. So grateful! The home is bright and clean, the food is amazing and the facilities are like a 5 star hotel.
Reply from Maria Reed, CLM at Signature at CavershamThank you for sharing such a positive update about your grandad. It is greatly appreciated to hear how well he has settled in over the past couple of weeks.

We are delighted that he is enjoying the gardens and shares our passion for the outdoors.

We are pleased to hear that you have noticed positive changes in his energy levels and improvements in his memory. Our team works incredibly hard to ensure every resident feels comfortable, supported, and cared for, so it is particularly rewarding to know that his foot infection is healing and was treated promptly and effectively.

It is also wonderful to know you are enjoying the home. A resident's family is very much part of our home and community, and we value sharing with you all.

Thank you once again for your kind words and for placing your trust in us regarding your grandad's care. We look forward to continuing to support him and your family.

The level of care and facilities is not adequate. My mother fears declining in this place. Residents who typically wait ages for carers to come. Residents are left in communal areas with sometimes just a receptionist on duty. Pharmacy delivers late and avoids accountability meetings, causing a resident
to go without meds for 24hrs. Falls are a regular occurrence and many are avoidable. Carers are not vigilant, residents are tightly packed into communal spaces and there are no grab rails in communal areas or corridors. Upper floors can reach 30 degrees in summer. Food is unhealthy and high in calories. Lifts frequently break down and out of action for up to 10 days at a time. Lifts are shared with residents, tea trolleys and servicemen.
Reply from Dominic North, Client Liaison Manager at Signature at Bentley HouseWe are sorry that you are unhappy with aspects of your mother's care. The wellbeing of our residents is our absolute priority and we take all feedback seriously, although some of the points raised differ from our records. We are continuing to make improvements to the home, including installing additional air-conditioning units ahead of the summer, and our team works closely with our carers and healthcare professionals to ensure residents receive the care and support they need. Please contact the home directly at emma.franklin@signaturesl.co.uk and we would be happy to discuss your concerns further.

We had a short notice requirement for an elderly gentleman with no immediate family to take a couple of weeks respite following a hospital stay and before returning home.
There were a lot of unknowns to deal with, including the fact that we did not initially have contact with his financial power of
attorney which delayed payment of the fees. The Signature team were extremely flexible and pragmatic in helping us through that challenge.
In terms of the stay itself, the teams throughout were kind and supportive and did everything they could to make my relative comfortable.
In summary, this team goes the extra mile.

My mum
Has settled well into Signature care Home, Coombe Hill Manor.
She is living in a lovely ground floor flat with a lounge/ bedroom / kitchen area and en-suite bathroom. She likes that she can lock the door when she goes out and also has some kitchen facilities.
She really enjoys the activities
provided, particularly the exercise classes.
She has made a friend who she sits with for meals.
The decor and facilities are lovely and the staff always friendly and helpful.
My Mum enjoys routine which she is able to maintain in the home. The nursing staff have kept a close eye on her medication and enable her to maintain as much independence as possible. They also keep a close eye on her blood pressure.
Her only complaint at times has been that the food isn't always to her liking but when she asks the staff have very obligingly changed her meals to suit her needs.
We are very happy with where she is living and it is very convenient for three out of her four daughters. Thank you!
