Our dad was looked after so so well, he felt like a VIP. All the staff were lovely and very attentive.
I'm sure dad will join you all again for some respite care in the near future.
As a family we felt a strong peace of mind that he was being cared for in the nicest possible way by lovely people.
We're all very grateful for what you were able to do for our lovely dad, grandad, great grandad and husband.

I went to visit my Aunty this week who sadly passed today,
I was so impressed with Bentley House the care, so beautifully kept etc
We met a lovely caring man called Gary who was so gifted and perfect for the job
So kind and very patient with my Aunty just wanted to thank him so much, All the staff
were great too

Soloman and team at Signature at Banstead were Absolutely amazing. Accommodated us in every way in getting my dad in for Respite Care. It was clean, tidy, the Bistro Bar was a real treat. Dad very much enjoyed his stay especially the 'Fry up breakfasts'. Highly recommend

My wife went to Bentley House in January, initially for a 3 week stay to give me a break from caring for her at home. She was suffering from dementia and doubly incontinent. To my great surprise, she not only settled in straight away, but seemed quite content, even happy, to be there. There's no doubt
in my mind that this was mainly due to the attitude and actions of the staff. Before she had been there a day, it seemed that all the staff knew her name (that may be a slight exaggeration, but not much of one) and would give her a cheery smile and often say a few words. The carers in particular would often tell me how much they liked having her at Bentley House and what a lovely smile she had. I'm sure that none of this was forced - it was all genuine. I could, but I shan't, comment on individual acts of kindness, and approachability - I think it's sufficient to say that there was no-one I met working at Bentley House who I would have been unhappy to employ myself.

They looked after my mum until the end & made her end of life very dignified.
I would highly recommend this care home.

My mum had been at Signature for three and a half years and last year moved up to Hilltops, the dementia floor. The care, affection, patience and kindness she received was second to none. All the staff were brilliant and not only looked after Mum but were there for us as we navigated Mum's illness,
having never experienced it before. When Mum fell ill and was receiving palliative care, Signature got better. They made an incredibly and emotional time so much easier for us and it allowed us to be with Mum in a calm, controlled but peaceful environment. She passed surrounded by love and care (from Signature staff) as well as family in a dignified and peaceful way.

I visited a friend here, what a beautiful care home. The place was so clean and the staff are so friendly and welcoming. My friend really liked it here. I would consider (when the time comes) staying here myself.

Today, I arrived at Signature at Banstead with an old schol friend of Mum's. Lavendar Lane was filled with joy and energy - a room full of residents and staff enjoying, an afternoon of singing and dancing, all interacting with each other. Mum's friend was amazed and got quite emotional - in her words
'never seen a care home like it'. Personally, I know this on one of the many brilliant events that takes place here. My mum is having an amazing time - such a different person to the one she was in her flat. We realise now that she felt unsafe and sometimes lonely. Here she is thriving - she is so well cared for, stimulated and feels safe. It makes my heart sing. Thank you to Becka and her wonderful team.

Having experiences urgent respite care in nursing home near my hospital, I was pleased to move in Signature where I am treated like a valued "guest"- nothing too much trouble and all the staff friendly and helpful. I feel safe here and valued. My family nearby can visit when ever and value my care and
safety when they have to go abroad etc, I love it!

Lovely welcome from reception, to care staff, restaurant personnel, nurses and admin. They make everyone feel at home and it has the feel of a 5-star hotel. Nothing is ever too much for anyone. Parking is a bonus. Building and gardens beautiful.

My husband has Parkinson's Disease. I found I was unable to care for him at home. Signiture Care Home has given us both our life back. He is safe and unbelievably well looked after. The staff, nurses, medical team are second to none. The food, atmosphere and facilities are superb. He is active and
has his spirit back. I couldn't have wished for a better safer place for him. He has a bedroom / bathroom and sitting room. We as a family are able to visit him in his luxurious surroundings. I cannot rate this highly enough and would happily live there myself.

My mum came to Signature in April 2024. The staff have looked after my mum very well. They have great activities here that my mum enjoyed. They taken them on outings too. They treated us with great respect and dignity when my mum sadly passed away recently and honoured her in a lovely. All in all a

My mother required aftercare from having a full knee replacement. The professionalism and kindness of all the staff, assisted in her recovery.
The excellent food, 24/7 support and nursing care and the lovely environment she had made us all feel relieved that she was so well looked after.
Having her
cocker poo being able to visit was an added bonus.
This was for a weeks period until she got more physically able. Physiotherapy was put in place to also assist her progress.

The venue feels more like a comforting hotel. The care my mother received from the nursing staff, carers and management was wonderful. They made her feel so special. I would recommend HH to friends and family.
