I am deeply passionate about creating a positive, caring environment where every resident feels valued, respected, and truly at home. Being approachable and people-focused is very important to me, and I look forward to getting to know each staff member, resident, and their family as part of our growing community at Signature at Hornchurch.

Supporting residents to live well for longer, happier lives, while offering families reassurance and peace of mind, is at the heart of my role. Having worked with Signature for over six years, I have had the privilege of commissioning Signature at Hornchurch. I have over six years of experience working in older adult care, and I feel privileged to be the first point of contact for all care enquiries, whether for yourself or a loved one.

I am very passionate about making what can often be a daunting time feel kind, calm, and reassuring. I understand the emotions involved in making the decision to move into care and am experienced in offering support through knowledge, kindness, and empathy.

With over 12 years of experience in the care industry, beginning at the age of 18, I have dedicated my career to supporting individuals living with dementia and ensuring they receive compassionate, respectful, and truly person-centred care. My experience spans frontline care roles through to managing a home as a deputy, giving me a deep understanding of the emotional, physical, and psychological needs of those living with dementia.

Throughout my career, I have specialised in dementia care within care homes across the South East, working closely with residents, families, and care teams to ensure each individual is supported as a whole person, not solely based on physical needs. I believe exceptional care is built on empathy, patience, and meaningful human connection, with a strong focus on preserving familiarity, comfort, and routine.

I pride myself on providing a luxury standard of care while maintaining residents’ independence, dignity, and sense of self. My holistic approach recognises the importance of emotional wellbeing, personal choice, and creating environments where residents feel safe, valued, and truly at home - something I am excited to bring to Signature at Hornchurch.

I have worked in care for over 15 years and am a registered nurse with experience in the NHS, particularly within a busy A&E department. For the past five years, I have worked as a Deputy Manager within luxury nursing homes.

I am extremely passionate about elderly care and quality of life, with a particular focus on palliative and end-of-life care. I aim to provide care of the highest standard for residents while offering their loved ones complete peace of mind. I am proud to be part of the Signature team and strive to consistently deliver the highest standards of care while upholding Signature’s core values.

I am a registered nurse with over 12 years of experience in residential nursing care, dedicated to providing expert, individualised support tailored to each resident’s unique needs. I am passionate about promoting wellbeing, comfort, dignity, and independence through a person-centred approach, empowering residents to maintain as much autonomy as possible in their daily lives.

I work closely with residents and their families to make meaningful differences in their lives. At Signature at Hornchurch, I am proud to lead a highly skilled care team, ensuring the highest standards of care by combining clinical excellence with compassion and meticulous attention to detail.

I am a seasoned Hospitality Manager with over 15 years’ experience leading food, beverage and guest services in luxury hotels across London and the Home Counties. I have a proven track record of elevating guest satisfaction, growing revenue, and building high-performing, customer-centric teams in multi-site environments.

I am passionate about bringing five-star hotel standards into the care sector, combining meticulous attention to safety and compliance with a warm, people-first approach that helps make every mealtime and interaction feel special.

With 10 years of experience in Business Administration and HR, I bring a structured, solutions-focused approach to supporting smooth operations and fostering a positive, inclusive workplace. I am committed to fair HR practices, strong employee engagement, and creating environments where people feel valued and supported. I am passionate about championing diversity and building cultures where everyone can thrive. Joining Signature is an exciting step, as its values of integrity, caring relationships, and being focused and accountable strongly align with my principles. I am a chef with over 30 years of international experience, having worked professionally in Canada, the United States, and the United Kingdom. My career has included positions at the Le Méridien King Edward and the Royal Canadian Military Institute in Toronto, The Fairmont Washington, D.C., Georgetown, and in London at The Ritz Club, Andaz London Liverpool Street, The Harley Street Clinic, and Battersea Place.

I enjoy travelling, learning new dishes from different cultures, and incorporating them into my repertoire. I have a particular passion for Thai cuisine, which I developed during a stint in Phuket. I strongly believe in using local, seasonal produce from sustainable sources wherever possible.

I am honoured to be appointed Head Chef at Signature at Hornchurch and look forward to being part of the team that creates wonderful dining experiences for our residents and their guests.

I am delighted to have joined Signature at Hornchurch as Client Liaison Coordinator. My background is in retail area management, where I developed strong skills in customer service, relationship building, communication and organisation. I am excited to bring these transferable skills into a new sector and to support residents, families and the wider local community with warmth, professionalism and care. As someone who lives locally, I am especially looking forward to getting to know more people in the area and becoming part of the Signature at Hornchurch community.
