I can only say how much it has helped me to spend 3 weeks at Signature Highgate. The whole experience has been delightful although nervous and unable to walk when I arrived, I was soon put at ease by the wonderful staff, nurses and carers. Nothing was too much trouble and their care was fantastic. I
was introduced to other residents, all of whom are happy and settled. I played bridge and watched a film in the lovely cinema! I will return to visit the friends I made!

My mother was at Signature for 4 weeks respite/rehabilitation and I felt very relieved & content to leave her in such beautiful surroundings with a team of very caring staff. The carers and nurses were always on hand to assist and spend time with both residents and their families alike. Residents are
treated with dignity and the staff ensure they are kept active and engaged.

I don't think care homes get better than this. There is seeming no limit to the level of love, care and attention to quality of life at Signature at Highgate. Arriving to the sound of my dads laughter was always a reminder that they are not putting on a show for the family - they are doing what they
do because they care. If she we could afford to keep him here we absolutely would and it would be worth the money

My experience at Signature Highgate has been everything I hoped it would be. I put my trust in signature to take the stress out of my post-op recovery and I am more than happy with my experience.
The staff are all professional and polite, the apartments are spacious and comfortable and although I
didn't participate in the activities they are numerous and varied. From the first visit to look round to the end of my 3 1/2 weeks stay, it has been a pleasure to be part of the signature experience and I would recommend it for whatever you and your relatives care needs may be.

Signature at Highgate is an outstanding care home. The staff are kind, pleasant and caring. Facilities are consistently high class. The overall atmosphere is welcoming and relaxing. My father stayed there for the last few weeks of his life and received superb care, allowing him to progress peacefully
with minimal pain to the next life.
I cannot imagine any care home providing a better service. Thank you very much to the staff for everything they did.

I came to Signature Care home on the 21st of April 2025, with the intention of a respite and post-operation care after surgery. However, the surgery which I came for at hospital had been postponed due to medical reasons, and for this reason I decided to return home after spending a lovely respite at
Signature. The most significant quality of Signature I noticed is the friendly atmosphere and the high quality of their services. The management made you feel easy and being welcome as soon as you arrive.

As soon as my mother arrived she was made to feel at home and all the staff made such a fuss of her. Her accommodation is spacious, bright and beautifully clean. Every member of the staff is without exception professional, caring and genuinely thoughtful. The food is of 5-star standard. I would join
my mother for a meal every day if I could! We as a family did not know what to expect but the quality of the home is superb and the staff and their care have exceeded our expectations. Thank you!

My wife has been cared for by Signature for only three weeks. After an unhappy experience elsewhere Signature has proved to be an amazing discovery. I can now relax knowing she is in safe, caring hands. none of the staff wait to be asked but offer help non-stop. We all know that recruiting care staff
is tough but someone has chosen brilliantly. I see miles of smiles and I know where I am going for five-star care when I need help myself.

We were so glad to find Signature in Highgate for Mum after we'd experienced some very concerning problems at her previous care home.
As soon as you walk in, the place feels immediately like a five-star hotel, rather than a care home. They really encourage social events and activities, and for residents
to take part in everyday life as much as possible. Every member of staff we come across is friendly and welcoming and has time to chat.
A big shout out to two members of staff in particular who helped from our initial enquiry to organise Mum's transfer, and dealt with our endless questions.
It's a place we can feel happy when we walk out of the door, knowing that Mum is not just having her needs met, but being looked after like a guest.

Before joining Signature at Highgate, I worked for Signature Barnet, Hendon, Wimbledon and Wandsworth. Previously, I worked in the hotel industry at The Metropolitan Hotel, Park Lane in London. I am very happy to have opened and commissioned my third new build home for Signature. I feel totally honoured and privileged to be seeing the homes begin their journey as a building site and to follow their path into being fully open and welcoming our residents into their new homes. I enjoy being at Signature at Highgate with such a great team, and for me to be able to pass on my knowledge of the building and its systems as we start to grow. As with all of my previous homes, I will ensure that everyone has a safe and warm environment for us all to be in.

I am the General Manager for Signature at Highgate. My role is to ensure we honour and deliver our commitment to providing the highest quality of care in a luxury environment. I am responsible for overall service delivery to our customers and community, inspiring and leading the onsite team and ensuring high standards of governance and compliance are achieved.


Over the last 10 years, I have had the privilege of serving the healthcare sector through managing and leading frontline care services for our elderly population. I have met with many individuals who have willingly shared their life experiences and wisdom with me. This has reinforced my sense of duty and heightened my level of respect for our elders.


Over that time, I have been proud to lead and work alongside some amazing team members who have had a genuine passion for care and a true desire to serve. I have learned a great deal from these colleagues along my career journey.


I am very much a people person. I truly believe in the values of responsibility, integrity, kindness, compassion and doing what I can for others. The care sector has afforded me the opportunity to ‘live’ these values in the workplace, for which I am truly grateful.


I was immediately drawn to Signature because of the culture and principles the organisation aspires to. I joined the Signature team in 2017, and I am now passionately working with the community and team here to take the home’s services forward. The team and I are fully committed to embedding the core principles of empathy, care, compassion and integrity into the Highgate community.
