I am a private support worker for a resident at Signature at Highgate. When my friend recently returned back home to his residence at Signature at Highgate after a very nasty experience at the hospital. He was greeted back at Signature with open arms and all of the staff (both night and day) were incredible
with him and very attentive. He felt like he was back in a safe place with family which helped in his recovery. We are very grateful for the staff at Signature at Highgate.

Signature is a very high-end care home. Everything in a five-star hotel or cruise ship would be other than the food which is at a four-star level.

It has been a difficult time for me and my husband, but I have found the staff to be very caring and patient. The facilities are very good. The living areas are kept extremely clean and tidy and are beautifully furnished. There is a lovely atmosphere and staff are very attentive at all times.

Signature has been life-changing. A fast and friendly service from the very first moment.
Knowing that your loved one is in good hands, with a well organised team and fantastic infrastructure is a massive relief at a point in time where most things seems quite dark.
The team judge well when not
to and when to be present; they are caring, kind and hard-working. Sensitive to my father's needs. Encouraging him to join the community as much as possible whilst respecting his wishes for privacy too.
All together the Signature experience has only enhanced my father's life and as a result his family's.

Signature at Highgate does not feel like a residential care home.
The staff are all attentive, helpful and subtle in the way that they support my mother so that they seem more like caring friends than carers. She can remain independent in all her choices and activities while accessing a full range
of in-house entertainment. As an example, saying that she likes opera, several operas have been screened in the cinema especially for her.
The facilities are more like a luxury hotel with food freshly prepared for each dinner from a small but varied and healthy menu. Guests are always welcome and can be hosted in her private apartment or the public lounges with free coffee and cakes provided. Saying that she likes granola for breakfast, it appeared on the menu by day 3!

In my role as Hospitality Manager, I will be managing an engaged and dedicated team to deliver luxury hospitality throughout the home to our residents and their loved ones. I am committed to delivering the highest standards of service and satisfaction. I am adept at managing large teams and appreciate the importance of consistency. Before joining Signature at Highgate, I worked for Signature Barnet, Hendon, Wimbledon and Wandsworth. Previously, I worked in the hotel industry at The Metropolitan Hotel, Park Lane in London. I have a post-graduate qualification in Hospitality Management, and I believe I bring passion, creativity and style to my role. Coming to a care home environment was initially challenging but offered tremendous satisfaction and opportunities and I was confident that I could improve the quality of our residents’ lives with my track record gained working in luxury environments.

I am very happy to have opened and commissioned my third new build home for Signature. I feel totally honoured and privileged to be seeing the homes begin their journey as a building site and to follow their path into being fully open and welcoming our residents into their new homes. I enjoy being at Signature at Highgate with such a great team, and for me to be able to pass on my knowledge of the building and its systems as we start to grow. As with all of my previous homes, I will ensure that everyone has a safe and warm environment for us all to be in.

I am the General Manager for Signature at Highgate. My role is to ensure we honour and deliver our commitment to providing the highest quality of care in a luxury environment. I am responsible for overall service delivery to our customers and community, inspiring and leading the onsite team and ensuring high standards of governance and compliance are achieved.


Over the last 10 years, I have had the privilege of serving the healthcare sector through managing and leading frontline care services for our elderly population. I have met with many individuals who have willingly shared their life experiences and wisdom with me. This has reinforced my sense of duty and heightened my level of respect for our elders.


Over that time, I have been proud to lead and work alongside some amazing team members who have had a genuine passion for care and a true desire to serve. I have learned a great deal from these colleagues along my career journey.


I am very much a people person. I truly believe in the values of responsibility, integrity, kindness, compassion and doing what I can for others. The care sector has afforded me the opportunity to ‘live’ these values in the workplace, for which I am truly grateful.


I was immediately drawn to Signature because of the culture and principles the organisation aspires to. I joined the Signature team in 2017, and I am now passionately working with the community and team here to take the home’s services forward. The team and I are fully committed to embedding the core principles of empathy, care, compassion and integrity into the Highgate community.
