I am the General Manager for Signature at Highgate. My role is to ensure we honour and deliver our commitment in providing the highest quality of care in a luxury environment. I have held the positions of both Dementia Care Manager and Residential Care Manager, but Dementia Care is my passion, and it is such a rewarding and fulfilling role. As Dementia Care Manager at Signature at Highgate, it is my responsibility to ensure that our residents receive the highest standards of person-centred care and are supported to live fulfilling and happy lives while living with Dementia.
