The staff were helpful and welcoming. The environment was comfortable, light and delightfully cool on a very hot day. I visited many care homes when I worked as a GP and Signature at Ascot compares very favourably.

My husband had a severe stroke in Jan 25 and I was desperately in need of a break. Signature Ascot came to our rescue.

He received loving care in their professional hands. Everyone knew his name and hos needs. The home is extremely warm and welcoming. All the staff are charming and when we need some respite care in the future we will be back again - Thank you.

My Mother passed away at the care home, having spent the last year of her life as a resident. The activities she did kept her active in both mind and body. She had her 100th birthday there last year, and everyone made it a super special birthday for her. We, as visitors, were welcomed and treated with respect.
We were kept informed about her ongoing health, and at the end of her life stage, she had the best help, compassion, and care anyone could ever have asked for.
All staff, without exception, were professional but at the same time friendly, courteous, and attentive.

Thank you all.

My father has spent the last month at Signature at Ascot following a hip operation, and we knew from the very beginning that this was the right place for him after meeting the wonderful client liaison manager. All of the staff and nurses have been absolutely amazing - caring, professional and always supportive. They made a difficult time so much easier for both my father and family. Thank you to everyone at Signature for the outstanding care & compassion you have shown.

Signature at Ascot have been wonderful in the care of my father, looking after him with compassion, dignity, kindness and great care. Dad moved from hospital into the nursing home just before Christmas and our family have been left with the wonderful memory of spending Christmas together being entertained by an amazing alto and soprano duo performing for residents at the home. The nursing and care team were fabulous throughout, ensuring dad's end of life was comfortable and providing support to the family. Signature at Ascot has been a positive experience for our family, providing an uplifting environment to spend our last moments with dad in. We would highly recommend them to any family facing the decision on needing to seek a nursing home for a loved one.

My husband entered Signature at Ascot in Dec 2025. He asked that it must be light and airy, not dark and it delivered on both fronts. He settled in well and said the nursing staff were like "guardian angels". I found the staff so welcoming and it felt a really happy place to enter. The care of the staff for my husband was outstanding and I couldn't have asked for anything better. Staff were always so happy and willing to please the residents and visitors and nothing was too much trouble. As a visitor I felt part of a bigger family. I only now have memories of the time we spent together in pleasant happy surroundings.

Our mum went to live in Signature at Ascot in October 2023 when she was deemed no longer able to look after herself in Assisted Living on the ground floor, where she had a lovely room with a patio door opening onto to garden. Mum settled into this new stage of her life and was very well cared for in a safe and caring environment. Sadly after almost 2 years mum was diagnosed with Vascular Dementia and had to be moved to Floor 2 (Dementia) where once again she had a very nice room. As a family we cannot express our thanks enough to the staff nurses and carers that looked after mum during these final months of her life. Her strong character stayed with her and she was treated with dignity and respect at all times. The staff nurses also offered a lots of support to us as a family. If a loved one sadly has to go into a home we would recommend Signature at Ascot.

Just wanted to give a big congratulations to all the team for their hardwork and attention to detail over the Christmas period. We joined Dad for the whole day and enjoyed every aspect - champagne & canapes, the cocktail bar, carols around the piano and a wonderful three course lunch with wine. The visit from Santa & the elves made Dad smile and all in all we had a great day. Wherever we looked we saw nothing but smiling faces.

My brother moved into Signature at Ascot in November 2025. The quality of care he has received is excellent. The staff couldn't be kinder and the cleanliness and hygiene is of a high standard. The daily activity programmes are varied and the staff encourage everyone to participate. My brother has advanced dementia but the staff make sure he is included, where possible. Mum has been a resident at Signature Ascot for five months and has settled down well. The staff are great and cheerful and visiting is easy - we are made welcome and can help ourselves to drink and food in the bistro.

We spoke to the home a few weeks ago to organise a small party for her friends for her 100th birthday, a room was set aside for her, decorated beautifully and all the food ordered was great. Mum has mobility problems but is still mentally 'with it'.
