Always a friendly welcome from all members of staff along with help and politeness and information. Reassuring to know that Derek is in such very good hands and enjoys being here.
Reply from Tracy Campbell, Client Liaison Manager at Signature at AscotFrom a familys perspective, seeing your loved one go through such an operation can be incredibly challenging. But to experience the relief and joy when you arrive home and realize that the physiotherapy process has enabled your husband to walk againand even return to drivingis truly remarkable. This is exactly why the rehabilitation services we provide at Ascot are considered the best in the area.

Just wanted to give a big congratulations to all the team for their hardwork and attention to detail over the Christmas period. We joined Dad for the whole day and enjoyed every aspect - champagne & canapes, the cocktail bar, carols around the piano and a wonderful three course lunch with wine. The
visit from Santa & the elves made Dad smile and all in all we had a great day. Wherever we looked we saw nothing but smiling faces.
Reply from Tracy Campbell, Client Liaison Manager at Signature at AscotThank you for taking the time to write a review. It always brings a smile to know that you feel reassured as a family when you leave your home, knowing that Dad is being so well cared for.

I was in for rehab/physio after a serious break of my hip. I cannot fault any aspect of the care I received. Everyone was polite and caring and there was a nice atmosphere. It was over Christmas and the decor, food and the presentation of the food was excellent. I benefitted from the physio team who
helped me who helped me and speeded my recovery. Thank you to the team.

My brother moved into Signature at Ascot in November 2025. The quality of care he has received is excellent. The staff couldn't be kinder and the cleanliness and hygiene is of a high standard. The daily activity programmes are varied and the staff encourage everyone to participate. My brother has advanced
dementia but the staff make sure he is included, where possible. Management are visible and approachable. Finally, the food is varied and of excellent quality.
Reply from Tracy Campbell, Client Liaison Manager at Signature at AscotWe are delighted to hear that your time with your brother has been such an enjoyable experience. Our team works hard to ensure there is always a varied range of activities within our community and that everyone feels included and supported.

Were also pleased to know that the Bistro has been appealing, with a balance of healthy options and, of course, a few naughty treats for those with a sweet tooth!

Thank you very much for taking the time to share your kind review. It is truly appreciated by our whole team.

Signature at Ascot has delivered a total care package for my uncle, restoring him to a version that I have not seen for 6+ months. My uncle is supremely comfortable, enjoys his new community and raves about the level of care and overall quality of service. In short, my uncle is 100% content and enjoying
his recovery.

Mum has been a resident at Signature Ascot for five months and has settled down well. The staff are great and cheerful and visiting is easy - we are made welcome and can help ourselves to drink and food in the bistro.
We spoke to the home a few weeks ago to organise a small party for her friends for
her 100th birthday, a room was set aside for her, decorated beautifully and all the food ordered was great. Mum has mobility problems but is still mentally 'with it'.

How do we even begin to say thank you for supporting Mum in her final precious days? The relief to be able to transfer from hospital directly to a 4-week stay was huge - knowing that the facilities, experienced care and support would give Mum what she needed and us the relief and time to work out what
came next was invaluable.
We can scarcely believe she was with you for such a short time in the end, having only just signed the paperwork to extend Mum's stay before things turned a difficult corner. But goodness the impact you made to her comfort and happiness during these weeks was priceless.
The musical performances and warm welcome extended to family and friends meant Mum's final weeks were filled with stimulation, love and dignity. Not to mention the reassurance you gave us.
And particularly in those very last hours and as Mum left - wow, we are completely lost for words. The care, concern, and respect you gave both Mum and us will never be forgotten. Thank you
Reply from Tracy Campbell, Client Liaison Manager at Signature at AscotThank you so much for your beautiful message. We are truly touched by your kind words. It was an absolute privilege to care for your mum and to be part of her journey in those precious final weeks.

Your mum brought such warmth and joy to everyone here she will be remembered with great fondness. Were so glad that we could provide comfort and support to both her and your family during that time, and that our team could make even a small difference when it mattered most.

Please know that your appreciation means the world to us. Sending our deepest condolences and wishing you and your family peace and comfort in the days ahead.

Signature at Ascot provided excellent care for my father, who was a resident from August 2024 to June 2025. His dementia meant that he could be quite demanding in his behaviour at home. The staff knew him before his deterioration and always treated him with respect and appreciated his sense of humour.
They were particularly good at staying with him during times when the family were leaving.

My 28 days at Signature Ascot have been ideal for my need for rehab after a partial knee replacement, stomach blockage (6 days in hospital) and a painful wound of my coccyx. I would have found coping alone at home impossible. Here, the comfortable and clean surroundings, the friendly and helpful staff
and the efficient plumbing are greatly appreciated. Best of all, the access to the gym and the supervision by an experienced physiotherapist have been most beneficial.

Current Review Score: 9.8 (9.848)

Overview of Review Score

The Review Score of 9.8 (9.848) out of 10 for Signature at Ascot is based on a) the Average Rating and b) the number of positive Reviews.

  1. The Average Rating is 4.8 out of 5 from 47 Reviews in the last 24 months.
  2. The score for the number of positive Reviews is 5.0 out of 5 from 47 positive Reviews in the last 24 months.

Detailed Breakdown of Review Score

The maximum Review Score for a Care Home is 10, which is made up from the Average Rating of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) and the Number of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) in the last 24 months:

  1. 5 Points are available for the Average Rating from all Reviews in the last 24 months. The Average Rating of 4.848 for Signature at Ascot is calculated as follows: ( (479 Excellents x 5) + (67 Goods x 4) + (7 Satisfactorys x 3) + (1 Poors x 2) ) ÷ 554 Ratings = 4.848
  2. 5 Points are available for the number of Positive Reviews in the last 24 months. A Positive Review is defined as any Review with an 'Overall Experience' of '4' or '5' (out of a max rating '5'). The 5 Points relating to the number of positive Reviews for Signature at Ascot is based on 47 positive Reviews in the last 24 months and is calculated as per below:

The 5 points available are broken down as follows:

    1. 4 points are available for the first 20 Positive Reviews in the last 24 months; 3 points for the first Positive Review, 0.125 Points for each of the next four Positive Reviews, 0.05 Points for the next five Positive Reviews, and finally 0.025 Points for the next ten Positive Reviews. (1st = 3.000, 2nd = 0.125, 3rd = 0.125, 4th = 0.125, 5th = 0.125, 6th = 0.050, 7th = 0.050, 8th = 0.050, 9th = 0.050, 10th = 0.050, 11th = 0.025, 12th = 0.025, 13th = 0.025, 14th = 0.025, 15th = 0.025, 16th = 0.025, 17th = 0.025, 18th = 0.025, 19th = 0.025, 20th = 0.025) 3 + 0.125 + 0.125 + 0.125 + 0.125 + 0.05 + 0.05 + 0.05 + 0.05 + 0.05 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 = 4
    2. 1 point is available for the number of Positive Reviews reaching 20% of the registered maximum number of service users in the last 24 months. If this number is partially reached, then that proportion of 1 point is given. eg a Care Home registered for a maximum of 50 service users has to reach 10 Positive Reviews to receive 1 point, if it has 7 reviews it will receive 0.7 points. 20% of the 80 registered maximum number of service users is 16, which has been reached with 47 Positive reviews. Points = 1
  3. When a Review is submitted by someone who has previously submitted a Review, only the latest Review will count towards the Review Score.
  4. If a Care Home does not have a review in the last 24 months, then it will not have a Review Score.

My role is to help residents and their loved ones from their very first enquiry through to moving into our home. It can sometimes be a very difficult and emotional time with a huge transition for everyone involved. It gives me real pleasure to take people on a tour of our home and then see them settle in, make new friends and join in with activities that they were no longer able to do before coming here. I love seeing the smiles on the faces of residents' loved ones when they come to visit, knowing that they made the right decision to choose Signature. It's such a rewarding job!
