I have been staying at the Signature Care Home in Ascot for the last 2 weeks. It is an excellent choice as I am in recovery from a hip fracture. Very luxurious with wonderful caring staff. Room is excellent and so quiet. Food is very nice and a range of activities are available during the day. Very
peaceful location. Highly recommend.

He moved in last Thursday evening & since then he has been recovering slowly. Last weekend was very challenging & despite the weekend the nurse was outstanding, she knew exactly what we wanted for him & acted professionally & promptly, with empathy.

Signature at Ascot provided excellent care for my father, who was a resident from August 2024 to June 2025. His dementia meant that he could be quite demanding in his behaviour at home. The staff knew him before his deterioration and always treated him with respect and appreciated his sense of humour.
They were particularly good at staying with him during times when the family were leaving.

My 28 days at Signature Ascot have been ideal for my need for rehab after a partial knee replacement, stomach blockage (6 days in hospital) and a painful wound of my coccyx. I would have found coping alone at home impossible. Here, the comfortable and clean surroundings, the friendly and helpful staff
and the efficient plumbing are greatly appreciated. Best of all, the access to the gym and the supervision by an experienced physiotherapist have been most beneficial.

Mum is much happier content and less stressed then she has been in the last 4 years on her own. And all in 3 weeks! My wife was in Signature Ascot for about seven monthes and the service was absolutely excellent. This includes the management, medical staff, carers and staff. This sums up what a great place the care home is.

My mother unfortunately was only in Signature for 5 days before she passed, she had been in hospital 7 weeks so came to Signature for convalescence. The care she got at Signature was out of this world from every single member of the team. Their care, attention and support I can't explain in words how
they have been. They were honest, caring and kind to us as a family as well as my mother. We will be forever grateful to Signature, the manager and her team. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

For the last three months, we have seen a huge improvement in Dad's health & well being. He is very settled and we are very impressed with the facilities, food, care + nursing. All the staff are fantastic super friendly & caring. It is wonderful too at how families are encouraged to be part of everything

My mum has been a resident at Signature Ascot for almost 4 years and they have been incredible for her. She entered as a frail old lady who wasn't eating and had no interest in life, after only in few months, she flourished and has continued to do so. She was very poorly a month ago so we thought that
was the end for her, but with amazing care she has bounced back. A big thank you to all the staff.

Staff here are always helpful, and understanding and clearly have an excellent rapport with the residents.
There are always plenty of activities available and various entertainment.
The premises are always clean and well-presented. My friend seems very happy living here.

Wide range of activities which my husband enjoyed. They even managed to persuade him to join the craft activities, a minor miracle! My husband also enjoyed the visits from the bird sanctuary for which he served 4/5 as he would have like them to bring larger owls and lambs during pet therapy. Of course
one staff member in particular is the star of the show!

From the minute Mum arrived at Signature Ascot 10 months ago she has been happy & her care excellent.
All staff are warm & welcoming and go that extra mile to ensure her needs are met. From responding to her changing physical, medical & behaviour needs, to being attentive to her personal preferences
& ensuring she is safe & feels safe. Care is provided with respect and dignity.
She has a lovely bright sunny room with many of her personal possessions, that gives her 'a big hug'. The shared areas are extremely comfortable, the food and hospitality superb, and the range of supported activities impressive, all making for an excellent experience. And she loves the garden.
The Home believes in being a community and that shows in how things are arranged and how family and friends are included.
Mums overall medical and emotional wellbeing have improved beyond all expectations, and she smiles and laughs so much. A wonderful place to be at 93.

If you're looking for a care home for a loved one, then look no further, from the initial enquiry with the lovely Client Liaison Manager, who is professional, caring and natural and makes you feel instantly relaxed and is very approachable, to the excellent care by the team, who are all wonderful. Since
my mother-in-law became a resident, her health has improved, she looks amazing and is doing so well and it's all because of the superb care that she is receiving, she always looks fresh, clean and is contented and is settling in well. Visiting is always a pleasant experience because the home is always so welcoming, it has a really lovely feeling as soon as you walk in, it has a bistro and plenty of seating area's, so if you want to have a natter and a beverage with your loved one it's the perfect place to be.

My role is to help residents and their loved ones from their very first enquiry through to moving into our home. It can sometimes be a very difficult and emotional time with a huge transition for everyone involved. It gives me real pleasure to take people on a tour of our home and then see them settle in, make new friends and join in with activities that they were no longer able to do before coming here. I love seeing the smiles on the faces of residents' loved ones when they come to visit, knowing that they made the right decision to choose Signature. It's such a rewarding job!

I am delighted to be part of this amazing team at Signature at Ascot. Nursing has been my life, I have been a qualified Registered Nurse for may years and have worked in the NHS and have loved it. I worked in A&E, Cardiology, Respiratory, Surgical and was part of a Rehab team to facilitate discharge. I joined a nursing agency as well and looked after head trauma clients. Then I joined private care in 2018 and became a Clinical Services Manager.
