In the 5 or so visits I have made to Gracewell of Ascot, the impression I have is of a caring community of friendly professional staff. My friend is still struggling with her changed life but her feedback is generally positive, which is good to hear. Where I have not chosen a rating, I don't feel qualified
to comment and my grading for food is entirely based on feedback.

My Mother had respite care whilst we went on holiday.
The whole experience for my Mother was a complete joy! The rooms were fantastic, so clean and well-appointed.
The food and presentation of the food were up to restaurant standard.
The staff were very kind and obliging.
The entertainment was excellent.
So
much so my Mother is going into Gracewell in August for another respite term.
If my Mother had to go into care for whatever reason she has said that she only wants to go into Gracewell.
Myself it is so nice to be able to go away on holiday with peace of mind that my Mother is in a beautiful place with a great team.

My parents spent two weeks in Gracewell while the rest of the family had a holiday. Gracewell is very clean and luxurious. My parents were very well looked after and fed well. There were lots of activities they were encouraged to join in. The staff were lovely and obviously take pride in their roles.
Mum suffers with dementia and can on occasions vent her frustrations on Dad. We mentioned this to Gracewell and they did all they could to deal with this, giving Dad a welcome break.

This is a lovely new home in a great location with very friendly and helpful staff and with really strong care ethics. I have been delighted with the care of my mother and both the activities and the standard of food. The rooms are beautiful and the thought that goes into looking after each resident
excellent, especially for dementia. I would thoroughly recommend this home.

I have been very happy with the care and support given to dad in his stay at Gracewell of Ascot. Communication about his care is excellent and I'm always kept up to date.
Staff give good person-centred care to dad.

I love seeing the smiles on the faces of residents' loved ones when they come to visit, knowing that they made the right decision to choose Signature. It's such a rewarding job!

I worked in A&E, Cardiology, Respiratory, Surgical and was part of a Rehab team to facilitate discharge. I joined a nursing agency as well and looked after head trauma clients. Then I joined private care in 2018 and became a Clinical Services Manager.
