Exceptional care home that looked after my best friend for two months. The care staff are very attentive and are there to meet all requests. Lots of activities for residents, and he made a number of friendships with the residents.
He's going home now but will be back for coffee mornings with his new
friends.

Since arriving here a few weeks ago, I have experienced a very well trained staff, all sympathetic and a pleasure to be with.
My room is very comfortable and very adequate for my needs. Help with showering etc. great.
The food is well-cooked and varied. My wife came in twice a week for lunch. The
Bistro, again, very good.
There were many activities including singers and pianists, all good, a lot of talent.
Next time I break my neck or femur, I am coming back!

I was in Signature at Ascot during October/November 2023 to recuperate from a fall. It was the ideal place for me. I had nothing to worry about. I was well looked after by excellent carers, could have meals in my room or the very smart dining room and the food was good. I used to relax in my comfy en-suite
room, watch television, read or do a crossword. Alternatively, I could join in the daily activities, or take my visitors to the bistro for coffee and cake. An added bonus was the hairdresser and physiotherapist.

I call my aunt once a week from the U.S. to speak with her and the receptionist and the staff on the second floor are always so friendly and professional. This past October I flew over to take care of some financial matters for my aunt and visited with her at least three times the week I was in town.
The entire staff could not be more helpful and I know our family is grateful that we selected Signature at Ascot to take care of her at this stage in her life. My brother and I scheduled a private lunch on site and everything was fantastic; the service, the food and the entire staff made it a very special day.

Our Mum moved into Signature of Ascot a couple of days ago. I have to say, so far the service from the time we said we would like to go ahead to Mum's arrival has been excellent! The team were so welcoming to both myself and Mum on her first day, and she is already saying how much she loves it there
and how lovely the staff are! What I love about Signature at Ascot is that it feels and looks like a 4-star hotel, not a residential home which most homes do.
You could not ask for a better and safer place for your loved ones to be! I will be highly recommending this home to anyone I know looking for somewhere to feel like home.

I cannot thank the client liaison manager and her team of staff enough for all they have done for Mum. After weeks of being in hospital Mum needed to go into a nursing home, Signature at Ascot was perfect in every way, from its beautiful 5-star hotel-style decor to its all-important nursing care, the
rooms are beautiful and made homely, the facilities are just fantastic with a cinema room, hair salon and regular entertainment for the residents, the staff are so friendly and see to mums every need, nothing is too much trouble and they have gone the extra mile, we have received tremendous support from the team, they made sure of a smooth transition from hospital to Signature at Ascot getting all that needed to be done behind the scenes on our behalf, we were kept updated and making this easy and stress-free, the “open door” policy makes it easy to visit mum whenever we want, and we are happy when we leave mum knowing she is happy and safe, we highly recommend this home.

My mother-in-law has been a resident in Signature at Ascot since January 2022. Throughout this time, the staff have been outstanding from both a medical and pastoral perspective. In particular, the range of daily activities organised by the activities coordinator and her team really does make a substantial
difference to my mother-in-law's mental and physical wellbeing. Her room is lovely and we have been able to personalise it with her paintings and photographs. Elsewhere, the facilities and decor are excellent including an on-site hair salon which my mother-in-law uses every week. In summary, the home is providing everything we had hoped for and more.

My mum moved to Signature at Ascot in February 2020 due to her condition worsening and me not managing at home with her. Things there went from strength to strength when the current manager took over just a few weeks after Mum moved in. All the staff over the years have been absolutely amazing. Often,
they feel like family too. The reception staff are lovely and welcoming, and the family liaison lady is amazing. Things are so good that when two of my mum's cousins needed help, there was no doubt about asking for a room each at Ascot. One received fantastic end-of-life care and was treated so well, while her sister was well supported with her impending loss. The remaining one is 99 and loves every minute of the activities and entertainment, wonderful food and dining facilities. My mum isn't in a state to enjoy socialising as much but still enjoys a lot of the activities and is very well cared for. Highly recommended for when the time comes.

My father is a resident. The home is always clean and pleasant. The staff are all welcoming and friendly. The standard of care is high. There is an impressive selection of activities, many of which my father could (on occasion, myself) partake in. The building and surroundings are of a modern and impressive
standard, and that adds to the pleasant experience at the home.

Overall a superb experience in this very well-run establishment. The care was outstanding, but the food was something of a disappointment in spite of the website sample menus looking super appetising.
The chef was, however, very keen to try to offer personal choices that were not on the daily menus,
and he tried his best to accommodate my mother.
I can highly recommend this care home without any hesitation.

We, unfortunately, got to the stage where we had to select a nursing home for my mother.
The client liaison manager at Signature at Ascot was such a huge help from the first initial visit to actually selecting this place for my mother. We all felt at home as soon as we walked through the door.
Not
something anybody wants to do for a parent, but when their health and safety are important, then this is what you have to do.
We come and go as we please to see Mum and she seems to have settled very well in the short time she's been there.

My very frail relative arrived here in mid-November, and she was looked after with great professionalism and kindness - a rare and special combination. Her physical improvements were a testament to your fantastic nursing team and the way in which every single member of staff supported her with cheerfulness
and respect, makes this a very special place. This enabled her to enjoy quality time with other members of our family who live here.
In her final days, she experience a beautiful, peaceful passing and the kindness shown to our family by everyone was exceptional. Signature at Ascot is a truly special place.

My father was taken into Signature Care Homes end of January 2023 for end-of-life care. He was there for four weeks and during this time the whole team provided the highest level of care for my father. The whole experience from start to finish was made very easy by the team and Dad really had a wonderful
final four weeks of his life surrounded by the staff, who genuinely care and clearly love what they do. They not only made Dad feel at home, but also this extended to his family when they came to visit. They also kept him safe at all times and dealt with his final hours in a very sensitive manner. Nothing was ever too much effort and they are all true professionals.
Well done Ascot Team, you did Dad and us proud!

My role is to help residents and their loved ones from their very first enquiry through to moving into our home. It can sometimes be a very difficult and emotional time with a huge transition for everyone involved. It gives me real pleasure to take people on a tour of our home and then see them settle in, make new friends and join in with activities that they were no longer able to do before coming here. I love seeing the smiles on the faces of residents' loved ones when they come to visit, knowing that they made the right decision to choose Signature. It's such a rewarding job!

Job Title: Clinical Services Manager

I am delighted to be part of this amazing team at Signature at Ascot. Nursing has been my life, I have been a qualified Registered Nurse for may years and have worked in the NHS and have loved it. I worked in A&E, Cardiology, Respiratory, Surgical and was part of a Rehab team to facilitate discharge. I joined a nursing agency as well and looked after head trauma clients. Then I joined private care in 2018 and became a Clinical Services Manager. I have always wanted to join Signature, I am blessed to be part of a great organisation that believes in providing exceptional and award-winning care.

I joined the team as Business Admin Manager and am responsible for the administrative and financial duties for the home. I ensure that you are greeted with a smile and looked after by the Reception Team here at Ascot. Prior to joining the team, I worked within the care environment as an Administrator for 13 years.
