The small outside area on the dementia floor is such a vital and necessary space for the residents.
In the last couple of months there has been a barbers and a new activity room added which are great additional amenities.
It is extremely reassuring to know that my father is in the good hands of such happy and dedicated carers. He seems much more settled and content here than at the previous home he was in.

My father was a resident at Signature for just under two and a half years. During his time there he was looked after by the wonderful team upstairs on the Brooklands Memory Care floor with kindness, dignity and friendship. I saw the team work often on a daily basis and felt humbled by their care and attention to all the residents. The team upstairs were always so lovely to my Dad and looked after him with the utmost of thoughtfulness and were always so welcoming to any visiting guests with cheerful smiles. It was a pleasure to get to know them all, they were amazing. Dads medical needs and personal care were always given priority as was his daily well being. The team make day to day living run so smoothly and provide a great environment for residents to enjoy their lives. The team deserve praise and recognition for all the hard work they do, and I thank them all so very much.

I have 30 months experience of Signature Weybridge. Management and staff have given me confidence that my charge is safe, secure, and her needs are met in a professional, kind and caring manner. The staff to resident ratio is notably high. I never have to wait long for a response to my questions and find Client Relations pro-active and reliable. The medical care side is excellent. Activities are numerous and varied. Dining is above my expected standard. With such a long period of experience, involving an elderly charge, there have inevitably been events requiring urgent action. I am more than happy with the response from management and staff at Signature Weybridge.

Our father lived at Signature for three years during his dementia journey, and it truly became a home not just for him, but for our whole family.
The care and compassion he received from the team were exceptional. Aneta, Katie, Jana and the entire staff consistently showed kindness, patience and genuine warmth. They treated our dad with dignity and respect every single day, which meant the world to us.
We sadly said goodbye to our father in December. During his final couple of weeks, the team made it possible for us to stay with him around the clock. They kept him comfortable and peaceful, and they also took incredible care of me, my brother and my sister during what was an emotional and difficult time.
We will always be grateful for the love, support and dignity they showed our father and our family throughout his time there. Signature will always hold a special place in our hearts.

My mum has been a Signature, Weybridge resident since March 2022. I have written previous reviews praising the staff for their kindness and excellent care. And I can confidently say that this continues to be the case. Mum is happy, content and speaks so highly of her carers. Mum enjoys activities, outings and afternoons of entertainment. When I visit I can see first hand how kind and lovely all of the staff are, giving me peace of mind that mum is safe, happy and well cared for. Thank you Signature.

My friend has been staying at Signature, Weybridge since September 2025 and I have been visiting her twice weekly. Each and every visit has been a delight. I cannot believe what excellent care is administered to all residents. Along this the staff go out of their way to welcome visitors and make sure that we have all our needs met. I love the atmosphere and hospitality in the home. The atmosphere is great due to a great sense of caring present.

I personally cannot speak highly enough of the service my friend is receiving. From the beginning they have been amazing. There is not a thing she wants for and the carers are always there for her. As her acting next of kin, they could not have been kinder and more helpful to me in every way.

It was a big success and is an good example of how the Signature team put so much care into everything they do and put the resident at the heart of their service. This service has been as good as this since Mum has been there and I am so pleased that Mum is very happy to be there.

Staff at the care home very quickly let us know that our cousin's TV needed replacing. They advised us which models would be suitable, were happy to take delivery, and then set it all up so that it was up and running. It was all very smoothly done.

My dad was treated exceptionally well at Weybridge Signature. He stayed in respite care for a month and had a beautiful room with every care taken for his wellbeing and enjoyment. His health improved enormously while he was there and we may well look to use Signature further down the line , if there is space in the care home at the time. He had a great experience with kind staff and friendly residents. The place itself is beautiful.

Sometimes this is within group activities and sometimes one to one with those who tend to stay in their rooms but nevertheless enjoy company and conversation.

It was the best decision we made for her as she had company every day & we could be confident knowing she was safe & cared for.
Every member of staff be they carers, managers, restaurant & kitchen staff, activities or concierge teams, laundry, garden & estate management, always welcomed us with a smile. The care given is over & above what you might expect & time spent with residents kept the smiles & fun alive.
The wide variety of activities available really cater for every interest & it was a joy to be there with Mum as she would sing along, dance (just 3 weeks before she died), make jewellery etc. She loved going around the garden, sitting out in the sun with a cup of tea & piece of cake as well as going on some of the trips out in the minibus.
I cannot thank everyone enough for ensuring Mum was happy, safe & really well cared for, for her last 3 years.

My mother has been receiving dementia care at Signature at Weybridge; previously she received 24-hr care at home but I have not regretted choosing this care home. All the staff with whom I am in contact, across the departments, are welcoming, helpful and reactive; my mother settled in well and she is thriving. The day-to-day care is professional and thorough; her medication is administered sensitively and as a result she takes it. She has retained her level of mobility since she arrived, and she is encouraged to use her walker. She enjoys some of the many excellent activities on offer, and loves being taken downstairs for musical events. This home is well-maintained, and to a high standard. Most importantly for me, my mother feels safe and is contented, thanks to the devotion of her carers, who are warm, understanding and never lose their sense of humour. In return, she is demonstrably fond of them. "It is nice to be in the community" is her way of saying she feels at home.

We take great pride in confidently delivering high-quality care and facilities to make a difference in our residents and their families lives.
Signature offer the highest and most professional standard of care imaginable. My 96 year-old Mother recently had to move rooms and they made the entire process seamless and removed any stress or worry she might have had. My Mother has been in residence for 9 years and I cannot speak highly enough ofr the facilities, the work ethic of the staff and the way in general that the home is run.
Thank you so much for your first class review. Your mother is a hub of our community and it is a pleasure and an honor to continue to care for her.

Meet the Team (7)

I’m incredibly proud to lead the dedicated and talented team here at Signature at Weybridge. Every member of our team brings genuine care, energy and professionalism to their role, going above and beyond each day to make a real and lasting difference in the lives of our residents.
What makes Signature at Weybridge so special is the shared commitment we all have to putting our residents at the heart of everything we do. Whether through exceptional care, meaningful activities, delicious dining or simply a warm conversation, we are here to make each day the very best it can be.
As General Manager, I am passionate about creating a supportive and positive environment not only for our residents, but for our team and the families who entrust us with their loved ones’ care. I believe in open communication, high standards and continuous improvement, always striving to enhance the experience of everyone who walks through our doors.
Signature is known for leading the way in luxury care, and I am proud to ensure that at Weybridge, we live up to that promise every single day.

I joined Signature in 2020, bringing with me several years of local experience in another area of care. Having lived in the area all my life, and with my family running a well-known high street business since 1965, I am proud to have deep roots in this community. It is not uncommon for families seeking care to recognise me or my family, which adds a personal and meaningful dimension to my role. My position at Signature is wonderfully varied and allows me to draw on a wide range of skills, but at its heart is what matters most to me: helping people. Supporting families through important decisions and ensuring residents feel truly at home is incredibly rewarding. Signature is known for setting the standard, not only in the quality of care we provide, but also in the beautiful environments we create. I am delighted to be working for what I believe is the best care provider in the country, and I can confidently say that Signature at Weybridge is a truly special home. The unique atmosphere here is felt from the moment you walk through our front doors.

I have been part of the Signature family since March 2014, beginning my journey as a Dementia Care Manager, where I discovered a deep passion for delivering outstanding, person-centred dementia care. In 2021, I was proud to be shortlisted as a finalist for Best Dementia Manager at the Care Awards, recognising my commitment to excellence. That same year, I became Signature’s Regional Dementia Mentor, supporting teams across the group to enhance standards, share best practice and inspire excellence. In 2025, I was promoted to Clinical Services Manager, allowing me to support residents, families and teams at an even deeper level.
What I love most about dementia care is building meaningful relationships and truly understanding the person behind the diagnosis. It is not just about meeting physical needs, but about preserving dignity, creating moments of joy, and helping residents feel safe, valued and understood every day. Working at Weybridge is special because of the strong sense of family, teamwork and shared values. The team is passionate, compassionate and genuinely committed to enhancing the quality of life for every resident. Supporting and developing our staff is central to this culture, ensuring they feel confident, valued and empowered to deliver exceptional care. Families are closely involved, and care is thoughtfully tailored to each individual’s life story, preferences and needs.

As Hospitality Manager at Signature at Weybridge, I’m proud to help create a warm and welcoming environment for our residents, families, and visitors. With over 20 years of experience in hospitality and customer service, I’m passionate about delivering high standards in dining, housekeeping, well-being, and daily comfort. I work closely with our care and kitchen teams to ensure every resident’s needs, preferences, and dignity are respected. For me, great hospitality means listening, anticipating needs, and making each day that little bit brighter. It’s a privilege to support our residents and their families, and I’m always happy to go the extra mile.

Since moving to the UK in 2007, I have built a fulfilling career in residential care, beginning as a Care Assistant while completing my NVQ Level 4 in Health and Social Care. My passion for working with people inspired me to go on to complete a Master’s in Business Administration and HR Management, which led to a leadership role as a Care Home Administrator.
In 2019, I stepped into the role of Residential Care Manager, allowing me to combine strong operational leadership with my commitment to person-centred care. I truly believe that with the right support and environment, every individual can enjoy life to the fullest. Working with Signature Senior Lifestyle has been especially rewarding. It is a place where I feel a strong sense of purpose, and where we genuinely make a difference to the lives of residents and their families every day.

Before joining the care sector, I spent many years working in the corporate world with Johnson & Johnson Medical, holding roles including Customer Service Manager for the European Repairs Division and European Supply Chain Specialist. In 2018, I made the leap into care as an Activities Coordinator — a significant career change, but one I’ve never looked back on.
I’m truly passionate about what I do. My focus each day is simple: to bring joy, connection and purpose to our residents. Whether it’s through music, crafts, gentle exercise, minibus outings or simply a friendly chat over coffee, I believe it’s the little moments that make the biggest difference.
Activities play a vital role in life at Signature, and I’m fortunate to work with a fantastic team that shares that belief. We’re always open to new ideas — if it’s possible, I’ll do everything I can to make it happen.
One of the most memorable moments in my role was arranging for a resident living with cancer to see her favourite artist, Cliff Richard, at the Royal Albert Hall. Seeing her smile that night reminded me exactly why I do what I do — it’s about making every day count.

With a background in psychology and two postgraduate degrees in Human Resources, I bring a deep understanding of people and a passion for organisation to my role. After nearly a decade in HR, I embraced a unique adventure — working on cruise ships and travelling the world for five years.
In 2013, I settled in England and began my journey in the care sector, joining an Activities Team where I found a real sense of purpose. Since 2020, I’ve supported the administrative team, and in 2022, I became a Business Administration Assistant. I was proud to be promoted to Business Administration Manager in 2023.
I take great pride in my work and am always happy to help — whether it’s assisting a resident, supporting a colleague or ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. For me, it’s all about delivering service with care, warmth and professionalism.
