A great experience! Only booked in a for a few weeks respite- but because of the type of operation I had, it turned into a few months! Everyone is very friendly and caring. I would certainly recommend to anyone needing this type of accommodation. Very welcoming!

My Mum has been a resident at Signature for three years now and she is really happy there. Which is extremely pleasing for me. During this month, Mum celebrated her 91st birthday and I was fortunate to work with the Signature team to prepare a nice birthday party for Mum and her family and friends to
come and surprise her. The Signature team prepared a fabulous buffet lunch with sandwiches, fruit and fantastic cakes! Mum loves her cake and she was in her element.
It was a big success and is an good example of how the Signature team put so much care into everything they do and put the resident at the heart of their service. This service has been as good as this since Mum has been there and I am so pleased that Mum is very happy to be there.

Staff at the care home very quickly let us know that our cousin's TV needed replacing. They advised us which models would be suitable, were happy to take delivery, and then set it all up so that it was up and running. It was all very smoothly done.

My dad was treated exceptionally well at Weybridge Signature. He stayed in respite care for a month and had a beautiful room with every care taken for his wellbeing and enjoyment. His health improved enormously while he was there and we may well look to use Signature further down the line , if there
is space in the care home at the time. He had a great experience with kind staff and friendly residents. The place itself is beautiful.

My Mother resided at Signature Weybridge for three years after spending a total of ten years in two other care homes in Elmbridge.
At Signature the housekeeping, catering and care staff were outstanding during this time. The carers were without exception attentive and professional and above all kind
and understanding consistently. I felt my Mother was in safe and caring hands.

I really enjoy visiting and talking with residents and getting to know them.
Sometimes this is within group activities and sometimes one to one with those who tend to stay in their rooms but nevertheless enjoy company and conversation.

Mum spent her last 3 years at Signature. Sadly she died April 3rd this year, but celebrated her 100th birthday last October.
It was the best decision we made for her as she had company every day & we could be confident knowing she was safe & cared for.
Every member of staff be they carers, managers,
restaurant & kitchen staff, activities or concierge teams, laundry, garden & estate management, always welcomed us with a smile. The care given is over & above what you might expect & time spent with residents kept the smiles & fun alive.
The wide variety of activities available really cater for every interest & it was a joy to be there with Mum as she would sing along, dance (just 3 weeks before she died), make jewellery etc. She loved going around the garden, sitting out in the sun with a cup of tea & piece of cake as well as going on some of the trips out in the minibus.
I cannot thank everyone enough for ensuring Mum was happy, safe & really well cared for, for her last 3 years.

My mother has been receiving dementia care at Signature at Weybridge; previously she received 24-hr care at home but I have not regretted choosing this care home. All the staff with whom I am in contact, across the departments, are welcoming, helpful and reactive; my mother settled in well and she
is thriving. The day-to-day care is professional and thorough; her medication is administered sensitively and as a result she takes it. She has retained her level of mobility since she arrived, and she is encouraged to use her walker. She enjoys some of the many excellent activities on offer, and loves being taken downstairs for musical events. This home is well-maintained, and to a high standard. Most importantly for me, my mother feels safe and is contented, thanks to the devotion of her carers, who are warm, understanding and never lose their sense of humour. In return, she is demonstrably fond of them. "It is nice to be in the community" is her way of saying she feels at home.

Signature offer the highest and most professional standard of care imaginable. My 96 year-old Mother recently had to move rooms and they made the entire process seamless and removed any stress or worry she might have had. My Mother has been in residence for 9 years and I cannot speak highly enough ofr
the facilities, the work ethic of the staff and the way in general that the home is run.

My Mum has been living at Signature Weybridge for over 3 years (reminiscence). When she arrived, mentally and physically she was very unwell, despite having carers at home. Mum's rate of physical and mental health decline reduced significantly from the moment she arrived at Signature and she said she
felt safe. The team at Signature are very kind, highly responsive, fun and most importantly knows my mum. They always update me on how she is and because they genuinely care about my mum, have ensured that when she has needed medical care called for help immediately. It's fair to say that we would have wanted Mum to live at home but eventually, her Alzheimer's progressed and she required 24-hour care. Signature Weybridge has allowed my mum to enjoy her life, to feel safe and cared for and to maintain her self-respect and dignity. We now enjoy the time we have together rather than worrying. A big thank you to all the wonderful team at Signature Weybridge.

I have another friend who is in imminent need of a good care home - unfortunately in Norfolk so Weybridge is not an option. I hope I can find him somewhere comparable.

My 89-year-old mother stayed for 3 weeks of respite care at the Signature Care Home in Weybridge, following a knee replacement operation. She was extremely well looked after by the very friendly and solicitous care team and was treated with the utmost respect and courtesy the whole time. The catering
staff and the admin and reception teams were also most friendly and couldn't do enough for her. Mum enjoyed the 3-course lunches and dinners, and the full programme of activities and entertainment was a great boost to her too. Her room and en-suite bathroom were very tastefully decorated, thoughtfully furnished and clean. My sister and I felt that our minds were at rest because we knew Mum was being so well looked after.

My mum has been a Signature, Weybridge resident since Spring 2022. I initially wrote a review after Mum's first year praising the staff and how their kindness and patience helped her to settle into her new life at Signature. I can confidently say that the kindness and excellent care continue. Mum is
happy, content and speaks highly of her carers. Mum continues to participate in activities and outings and enjoys many afternoons of entertainment in the Bistro. I can see first-hand when I visit how kind and lovely all of the staff are and living quite some way from Weybridge, Signature gives me piece of mind that Mum is safe, happy and well. Thank you Signature.

Mum is very well looked after.

Mum enjoys the entertainment, singers, and piano players.
She also enjoys the trips out and the quizzes.
However, she complains that the food is often not very hot.

As a local minister, working with the team at Signature has always been a pleasure. The care provided by the staff and carers is amazing. On many occasions, I have witnessed the care, compassion, and graciousness they show the residents. They also provide spiritual and emotional care in various ways.

My mum, who has dementia, has been at Signature Weybridge since August last year. She has taken a while to settle in, but thanks to the kindness and attentiveness of the staff, she has become contented and happy with her new environment. We have made her room feel like home with all her furniture and
ornaments, and she enjoys the atmosphere of the lovely communal spaces, the garden, and especially the bistro area where she can read her newspapers, chat with people and enjoy the entertainment and activities on offer. I now have total peace of mind knowing that Mum is being very well cared for and that she is safe and in a lovely environment. Many thanks to all the wonderful staff.

    2. 1 point is available for the number of Positive Reviews reaching 20% of the registered maximum number of service users in the last 24 months. If this number is partially reached, then that proportion of 1 point is given. eg a Care Home registered for a maximum of 50 service users has to reach 10 Positive Reviews to receive 1 point, if it has 7 reviews it will receive 0.7 points. 20% of the 110 registered maximum number of service users is 22. 20 Positive Reviews ÷ 22 = 0.909
  3. When a Review is submitted by someone who has previously submitted a Review, only the latest Review will count towards the Review Score.
  4. If a Care Home does not have a review in the last 24 months, then it will not have a Review Score.

Job Title: Client Liaison Manager Joined: 2020

I joined Signature in 2020, bringing with me several years of local experience in another area of care. Having lived in the area all my life, and with my family running a well-known high street business since 1965, I am proud to have deep roots in this community. It is not uncommon for families seeking care to recognise me or my family, which adds a personal and meaningful dimension to my role. My position at Signature is wonderfully varied and allows me to draw on a wide range of skills, but at its heart is what matters most to me: helping people. Supporting families through important decisions and ensuring residents feel truly at home is incredibly rewarding. Signature is known for setting the standard, not only in the quality of care we provide, but also in the beautiful environments we create. I am delighted to be working for what I believe is the best care provider in the country, and I can confidently say that Signature at Weybridge is a truly special home. The unique atmosphere here is felt from the moment you walk through our front doors.

Job Title: Clinical Services Manager

I have been part of the Signature family since March 2014, beginning my journey as a Dementia Care Manager, where I discovered a deep passion for delivering outstanding, person-centred dementia care. In 2021, I was proud to be shortlisted as a finalist for Best Dementia Manager at the Care Awards, recognising my commitment to excellence. That same year, I became Signature’s Regional Dementia Mentor, supporting teams across the group to enhance standards, share best practice and inspire excellence. In 2025, I was promoted to Clinical Services Manager, allowing me to support residents, families and teams at an even deeper level.

What I love most about dementia care is building meaningful relationships and truly understanding the person behind the diagnosis. It is not just about meeting physical needs, but about preserving dignity, creating moments of joy, and helping residents feel safe, valued and understood every day. Working at Weybridge is special because of the strong sense of family, teamwork and shared values. The team is passionate, compassionate and genuinely committed to enhancing the quality of life for every resident. Supporting and developing our staff is central to this culture, ensuring they feel confident, valued and empowered to deliver exceptional care. Families are closely involved, and care is thoughtfully tailored to each individual’s life story, preferences and needs.

Job Title: Residential Care Manager Joined: 2013

Since moving to the UK in 2007, I have built a fulfilling career in residential care, beginning as a Care Assistant while completing my NVQ Level 4 in Health and Social Care. My passion for working with people inspired me to go on to complete a Master’s in Business Administration and HR Management, which led to a leadership role as a Care Home Administrator.

In 2019, I stepped into the role of Residential Care Manager, allowing me to combine strong operational leadership with my commitment to person-centred care. I truly believe that with the right support and environment, every individual can enjoy life to the fullest. Working with Signature Senior Lifestyle has been especially rewarding. It is a place where I feel a strong sense of purpose, and where we genuinely make a difference to the lives of residents and their families every day.

Job Title: Wellbeing and Lifestyle Manager Joined: 2018

Before joining the care sector, I spent many years working in the corporate world with Johnson & Johnson Medical, holding roles including Customer Service Manager for the European Repairs Division and European Supply Chain Specialist. In 2018, I made the leap into care as an Activities Coordinator — a significant career change, but one I’ve never looked back on.

I’m truly passionate about what I do. My focus each day is simple: to bring joy, connection and purpose to our residents. Whether it’s through music, crafts, gentle exercise, minibus outings or simply a friendly chat over coffee, I believe it’s the little moments that make the biggest difference.

Activities play a vital role in life at Signature, and I’m fortunate to work with a fantastic team that shares that belief. We’re always open to new ideas — if it’s possible, I’ll do everything I can to make it happen.

One of the most memorable moments in my role was arranging for a resident living with cancer to see her favourite artist, Cliff Richard, at the Royal Albert Hall. Seeing her smile that night reminded me exactly why I do what I do — it’s about making every day count.

With a background in psychology and two postgraduate degrees in Human Resources, I bring a deep understanding of people and a passion for organisation to my role. After nearly a decade in HR, I embraced a unique adventure — working on cruise ships and travelling the world for five years.

In 2013, I settled in England and began my journey in the care sector, joining an Activities Team where I found a real sense of purpose. Since 2020, I’ve supported the administrative team, and in 2022, I became Business Administration Assistant. I was proud to be promoted to Business Administration Manager in 2023.
