The home has 113 single and double spacious bedrooms over three floors, beautiful lounges, bistro and dining areas as well as a secluded landscaped garden. The home is conveniently located a short distance from local shops. With quick access to the A3, M3 and M25 to London and the south, their location makes it easy and suitable for loved ones to visit residents.

A passionate and dedicated team ensure that all residents’ individual needs and requirements are met whether that is arranging for your favourite meal to be created by the chef or arranging activities for you to enjoy. Signature encourages residents to stay active, make new friends, nurture interests, learn new skills and pursue favourite hobbies. The Wellbeing and Lifestyle Team arrange exciting events, trips and on-site activities seven days a week, so there is always something to do. Sunrise has been very accomodating in managing to move my mother in at very short notice, and at this difficult time of the covid-19 pandemic. Her needs were quickly addressed and understood. We felt confident that she was being well cared for, and communication was easy and open. My mother seems content
and has settled in remarkably quickly.

When visiting my friend, I was always struck by how very well they were always treated by the staff, particularly one lady in the dining area. Also, lots of activities along with the daily quiz/crosswords etc. Guests were also treated in a welcoming manner.

My mother moved to Reminiscence from Assisted Living in September as she has deteriorated mentally and physically during the lockdown. Since she moved I have noticed a significant improvement in her demeanour and general well-being. It is well managed and the care team are very kind and patient with
my mother and also communicate with me on her day to day progress. I know she is safe and well looked after but it has also helped that I am allowed to visit her under Covid guidelines which are reassuring for both of us. Practical note: lighting in bedrooms/studio could be improved.

1 year on, consistent excellent care. Exemplary staff. Good clean facility. Well-run. Great management. Staff unbeatable.
On Reminiscence floor; Negatives - TV is intrusive, unimaginative content, same old. Personal care sometimes at fault but I am aware of patient compliance problems. Occupational
therapy could be better.

My mother is very happy at Sunrise and says she is well looked after. The staff is always friendly and helpful and car caring with the residents. Turnover of staff does seem to be high which can sometimes be a problem, but overall, as a family, we are pleased with the service. Our mother's happiness
is paramount.

It is a nice, light and welcoming atmosphere. Staff are friendly and helpful.
The menu could be more varied and the same goes for activities. There is sometimes a fairly long wait for help to get dressed.
It is by far the nicest care home of the five I visited and my relative feels safe and looked
after there.

Ideal location but limited car parking available although usually at least one space free.
A well planned inviting environment designed to make residents feel quickly really welcome;l encouraged to make friends with both staff and other residents. My sister settled in well.

My mum needed respite care after a hospital stay that left her unable to walk and mentally disorientated. Sunrise of Weybridge have been marvellous at rehabilitating her. She now walks well and good distances and is so much better mentally. Her confidence has improved as well as her interaction. Sunrise
of Weybridge staff are kind, helpful and encourage lots of activities. The home is warm, clean and comfortable and very welcoming.

My husband enjoyed his respite care and I feel he has improved a good deal. He suffers from Parkinson's Disease and a small dementia.
He was there for a 30 day stay while I had an operation. I could not have been more pleased with every aspect of this truly special place.
His friends and family were

Just over a year ago my father was diagnosed with cancer, sadly Mum had dementia and Dad was no longer able to care for her as he needed care too. We decided a care home for them both was the best decision. I looked at quite a few and found Sunrise to be the most homely, although the transition is quite
a hard one it was wonderful to know they were well looked after and I could get back to some kind of normality.
Sadly three months in we said goodbye to Dad as he lost his battle with cancer. Mum has settled in very well and we could not wish for better care, they are all wonderful. Thanks to all the staff.

My 86 year old mother was seriously ill last winter and as my husband and I were out of the country for 5 weeks early this year we needed somewhere for Mum to be safe and secure. We are delighted that we chose Sunrise in Weybridge as the care and attention given to her was second to none. She went
there as a frail old lady and came out confident and in a positive state of mind. We have no doubt that the care from the staff and the extensive level of interactive activities helped her on her way to recovery. Sunrise has kept in touch and we were invited to a 10th-anniversary party event there last weekend - a fantastic do, where mother caught up with her new friends. We will be out of the country again this summer and Mum is looking forward to having another holiday there.

My main background and passion over the years has been in Sales and Business Development. I am really excited to develop my role here as a Client Liaison Manager to really push the Signature brand locally. I have always found care to be hugely rewarding making a difference to people’s lives. I joined the Weybridge team in 2008 and I have many years of experience in the care sector. At Signature, I have worked as a Care Assistant, progressing to a Senior Care Assistant, before moving into the Wellness Department supporting our Dementia community. In July 2018, I was promoted to become the Dementia Care Manager. In this role, I am responsible for all care staff, and the wellbeing of our residents. I find that I am most effective in supporting my team to deliver exceptional person-centred care for our residents. I aim to provide peace of mind to loved ones of residents who trust us. I’m very lucky to be part of an incredible team that are dedicated to continuously going above and beyond for our residents, ensuring their happiness and wellbeing is consistently met.

I have a real passion for person-centred care, providing the best care and environment for our residents as if they were my own family. Job satisfaction for me is interacting daily with my residents and seeing them happy. Without this, I would not have stayed in this industry for so long! I have been with Signature now since 2008, having previously worked in hospitality for some years. I began as a Housekeeping Assistant and progressed to managing a team where I found administration and organisation was something I enjoyed. I took up my Administrative Manager post in 2022 and have so far enjoyed every moment of it. My aim is to provide a quality of service to the business, residents, their loved ones and my colleagues. I like to approach my colleagues and each and every resident with the same enthusiasm and warmth as I’d show to family and friends. When time allows, I enjoy to travel, sometimes to unusual places, either within the UK or further afield. I enjoy nature, walking, sewing and spending time with my loved ones.

For the majority of my working life, I worked in a corporate environment as a Customer Service Manager. In 2018, I had the opportunity to become a Wellbeing and Lifestyle Coordinator which was a huge transition but one I have never regretted. Having an absolute passion for the role, my focus every day is to make the residents happy albeit with music, crafts, exercise, minibus trips and sometimes just daily contact having a chat and a coffee. I believe activities are such an important part of daily living in our community. I have a great team and we are all committed to ensuring that every resident makes the most of each day. I am always open to new suggestions.
