Having had major spinal surgery in June, we chose Signature at Weybridge for my respite and found the management and staff extremely kind and caring. My medication was strictly monitored and given to me. Personal care was always done with respect and willingness to help. The menus were varied every
day with choices and very good food. I felt very well cared for and my well-being was of prime importance to them all. We were very happy we had chosen Signature for my respite.

All of the staff were most friendly and made you feel completely at home. Nothing was too much trouble, and you were never passed without being spoken to. They could not do enough for you. A quote from a visitor to myself was, upon entering Signature at Weybridge, "what an amazing atmosphere"! All facilities
were of a high standard and most enjoyable.

From the moment my father moved into Signature, he felt at home. Any concerns I had disappeared immediately as he was welcomed into the Signature "family". All the staff were exceptional in their respective roles and treated my father with care underpinned by respect. He passed away recently at Signature
- the place he called home. Thank you.
Reply from Xenos Foster, Client Liaison Manager at Signature at WeybridgeHi Jo, thank you so much for taking the time to give our community such a lovely review. My mother, who has Alzheimer's, came here for a two-week respite stay while we went away on holiday. She has lived with us for 1 1/2 years since my dad died, and this was the first time she had been away from family. I had seen many homes but hadn't felt I had found the right one. However, as soon as
I stepped into Signature at Weybridge, I was sure Mum would be happy. It has a wonderful vibe to it and feels more like a luxury hotel than a care home. I particularly liked the open plan aspect, as Mum doesn't like being alone. Mum had a great two weeks here and came back perky and happy; she hadn't regressed at all, which was one of my concerns. I'm sure that is because there are so many activities and minibus trips that she was nearly always doing something. And the staff were so wonderful and caring.
Now that I have the peace of mind that Mum can deal with respite, I am hoping to book Mum in once or twice a year. Thank you so much to all the staff at Signature for making Mum's stay a happy one.

As you say, she likes to be active, and we can provide that and more for the residents, just as long as they want to join. Which was never going to be a problem for your mother! Kind regards.

After checking out care homes in the area on behalf of an elderly lady friend of ours, we were impressed by Signature’s facilities as well as the initial briefing following our enquiry. The staff were most helpful in receiving and settling in their new resident, who is most satisfied with the care and
attention.

My mother was a resident at Signature Weybridge for seven and a half years. Throughout her whole stay, right up until her recent death, she was cared for by a wonderful group of people. Not just the carers but also all the people filling all the other jobs that are required to run a care home of this
standard. When the time came to move from Assisted Living to Reminiscence, this was well thought through, and great care was taken to help her to adjust. My mother wished to stay at Signature rather than go to the hospital for end-of-life care, and Signature looked after her and our family with great compassion right the way through. We cannot thank them enough for helping us all through the experience, and will always be grateful to them for the excellent care that they provided for our mother.

I have been a volunteer at Signature at Weybridge for some time now and have loved every minute of it. From the moment you walk in through the front door, you are greeted by the very friendly concierge and immediately feel very welcome. The carers couldn't be more helpful. There are activities all day
and every day, and anyone who resides there is extremely fortunate.

The care for the residents is excellent, and the staff show they care deeply and respectfully for all the residents, their families and each other. There are many valuable activities which include religious and non-religious events. Working with the team and caring for the spiritual and mental well-being

I must say that I had never visited a care home before and I was quite shocked visiting my friend by how cosy it all was! I was expecting something more clinical in terms of look and feel. My friend was so happy, was almost too busy to see me and was truly the happiest I had seen her in months. The
staff seemed friendly and efficient, and we had the most wonderful meal. I think I would put on a lot of unneeded weight should I be lucky enough to stay there. There was also a very energetic singer with an accordion of all things, and whilst he wasn't my particular taste, the atmosphere he created was most endearing. I look forward to many more visits.

The care staff are wonderful and so kind, and nothing is too much trouble. Any problems, they recorded it quickly. The suite was perfectly suited to my needs, clean, tidy and with a nice big bathroom. The seabream they cooked for me was wonderful, and the breakfasts were also very good. I would not
hesitate to recommend the home to any of my friends.

My father has been a resident since July 2022. During his time there, I have been really impressed with the quality of care he receives.
The staff are always so friendly and helpful and always keen to accommodate Dad's requirements.
There is a huge focus on the weekly schedule of activities and trips

My mother has been at Signature for over six years until her recent passing.
She arrived there being unable to care for herself with dementia; there is no question that on arrival, she was quite a challenging resident.
The care has always been exceptionally good, and all through the difficult early
stages, the team paid great attention to her and arranged visits from the local GP to get her medication updated and revised to help her, which all made a huge difference.
Throughout her stay, there are many things that the team have mentioned to me that could only have come from actually getting to know the residents and talking with them at length.
As her health grew worse, adaptations were made to her room, and medical intervention was sought when needed, any incident, however, small, was always immediately notified, and the plans to manage it were offered for my approval, and every time, the planning was as I would have wanted.
The care right up to the very end simply could not have been better.

Mum arrived at the care home three years and nine months ago, as you would expect a little nervous and anxious as to how she would find her new surroundings, but her fears were very short-lived as the staff welcomed her, and she was soon introduced to the friendly staff and other guests who Mum was
soon chatting to. Mum had always been a woman of good taste and found the decor and furnishings of the home very much to her taste. It was spotlessly clean, and also found the choice of menu not only variable but also quality food. She had a lovely room where she could find peace and quiet if needed, otherwise, as she had in the early years, mix with the other guests to enjoy board games, crafts, art, flower arrangement and visiting entertainers, which Mum enjoyed immensely. As time went on, she found she could no longer engage in the pastimes she so enjoyed and consequently was moved to reminisce. Mum's care there was first class with the friendly, caring team that worked in that area.

My mother is in an advanced state of dementia and has been at Signature for a number of years.
Initially, she was there with my father, but when he died four years ago, she was unable to manage independently and needed to move to the Reminiscence wing, which was a turbulent time for all.
The staff
at Signature have been exemplary, dealing with her stages of confusion, anger and bewilderment with great skill and patience.
Her dignity has been maintained, and when I go to visit, she is always clean, well dressed, beautifully coiffed with her nails clean and manicured, and smelling fragrant.
She frequently and repeatedly states how much she loves it there and how well they look after her.
It has become her true home, and as a family, we feel very happy and confident with her care.
The manager is excellent and helped us all very much through the difficult time during our father's last weeks and our Mother's adjustment to her new circumstances.

If this number is partially reached, then that proportion of 1 point is given. eg a Care Home registered for a maximum of 50 service users has to reach 10 Positive Reviews to receive 1 point, if it has 7 reviews it will receive 0.7 points. 20% of the 110 registered maximum number of service users is 22. 20 Positive Reviews ÷ 22 = 0.909
  3. When a Review is submitted by someone who has previously submitted a Review, only the latest Review will count towards the Review Score.
  4. If a Care Home does not have a review in the last 24 months, then it will not have a Review Score.

Job Title: Client Liaison Manager Joined: 2020

I joined Signature in 2020, bringing with me several years of local experience in another area of care. Having lived in the area all my life, and with my family running a well-known high street business since 1965, I am proud to have deep roots in this community. It is not uncommon for families seeking care to recognise me or my family, which adds a personal and meaningful dimension to my role. My position at Signature is wonderfully varied and allows me to draw on a wide range of skills, but at its heart is what matters most to me: helping people. Supporting families through important decisions and ensuring residents feel truly at home is incredibly rewarding. Signature is known for setting the standard, not only in the quality of care we provide, but also in the beautiful environments we create. I am delighted to be working for what I believe is the best care provider in the country, and I can confidently say that Signature at Weybridge is a truly special home. The unique atmosphere here is felt from the moment you walk through our front doors.

Job Title: Clinical Services Manager

I have been part of the Signature family since March 2014, beginning my journey as a Dementia Care Manager, where I discovered a deep passion for delivering outstanding, person-centred dementia care. In 2021, I was proud to be shortlisted as a finalist for Best Dementia Manager at the Care Awards, recognising my commitment to excellence. That same year, I became Signature’s Regional Dementia Mentor, supporting teams across the group to enhance standards, share best practice and inspire excellence. In 2025, I was promoted to Clinical Services Manager, allowing me to support residents, families and teams at an even deeper level.

What I love most about dementia care is building meaningful relationships and truly understanding the person behind the diagnosis. It is not just about meeting physical needs, but about preserving dignity, creating moments of joy, and helping residents feel safe, valued and understood every day. Working at Weybridge is special because of the strong sense of family, teamwork and shared values. The team is passionate, compassionate and genuinely committed to enhancing the quality of life for every resident. Supporting and developing our staff is central to this culture, ensuring they feel confident, valued and empowered to deliver exceptional care. Families are closely involved, and care is thoughtfully tailored to each individual’s life story, preferences and needs.

Job Title: Residential Care Manager Joined: 2013

Since moving to the UK in 2007, I have built a fulfilling career in residential care, beginning as a Care Assistant while completing my NVQ Level 4 in Health and Social Care. My passion for working with people inspired me to go on to complete a Master’s in Business Administration and HR Management, which led to a leadership role as a Care Home Administrator.

In 2019, I stepped into the role of Residential Care Manager, allowing me to combine strong operational leadership with my commitment to person-centred care. I truly believe that with the right support and environment, every individual can enjoy life to the fullest. Working with Signature Senior Lifestyle has been especially rewarding. It is a place where I feel a strong sense of purpose, and where we genuinely make a difference to the lives of residents and their families every day.

Job Title: Wellbeing and Lifestyle Manager Joined: 2018

Before joining the care sector, I spent many years working in the corporate world with Johnson & Johnson Medical, holding roles including Customer Service Manager for the European Repairs Division and European Supply Chain Specialist. In 2018, I made the leap into care as an Activities Coordinator — a significant career change, but one I’ve never looked back on.

I’m truly passionate about what I do. My focus each day is simple: to bring joy, connection and purpose to our residents. Whether it’s through music, crafts, gentle exercise, minibus outings or simply a friendly chat over coffee, I believe it’s the little moments that make the biggest difference.

Activities play a vital role in life at Signature, and I’m fortunate to work with a fantastic team that shares that belief. We’re always open to new ideas — if it’s possible, I’ll do everything I can to make it happen.

One of the most memorable moments in my role was arranging for a resident living with cancer to see her favourite artist, Cliff Richard, at the Royal Albert Hall. Seeing her smile that night reminded me exactly why I do what I do — it’s about making every day count.

With a background in psychology and two postgraduate degrees in Human Resources, I bring a deep understanding of people and a passion for organisation to my role. After nearly a decade in HR, I embraced a unique adventure — working on cruise ships and travelling the world for five years.

In 2013, I settled in England and began my journey in the care sector, joining an Activities Team where I found a real sense of purpose. Since 2020, I’ve supported the administrative team, and in 2022, I became Business Administration Assistant. I was proud to be promoted to Business Administration Manager in 2023.

I take great pride in my work and am always happy to help — whether it’s assisting a resident, supporting a colleague or ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. For me, it’s all about delivering service with care, warmth and professionalism.
