I’m incredibly proud to lead the dedicated and talented team here at Signature at Weybridge. Every member of our team brings genuine care, energy and professionalism to their role, going above and beyond each day to make a real and lasting difference in the lives of our residents.
What makes Signature at Weybridge so special is the shared commitment we all have to putting our residents at the heart of everything we do. Whether through exceptional care, meaningful activities, delicious dining or simply a warm conversation, we are here to make each day the very best it can be.
As General Manager, I am passionate about creating a supportive and positive environment not only for our residents, but for our team and the families who entrust us with their loved ones’ care. I believe in open communication, high standards and continuous improvement, always striving to enhance the experience of everyone who walks through our doors.
Signature is known for leading the way in luxury care, and I am proud to ensure that at Weybridge, we live up to that promise every single day.
I joined Signature in 2020, bringing with me several years of local experience in another area of care. Having lived in the area all my life, and with my family running a well-known high street business since 1965, I am proud to have deep roots in this community. It is not uncommon for families seeking care to recognise me or my family, which adds a personal and meaningful dimension to my role. My position at Signature is wonderfully varied and allows me to draw on a wide range of skills, but at its heart is what matters most to me: helping people. Supporting families through important decisions and ensuring residents feel truly at home is incredibly rewarding. Signature is known for setting the standard, not only in the quality of care we provide, but also in the beautiful environments we create. I am delighted to be working for what I believe is the best care provider in the country, and I can confidently say that Signature at Weybridge is a truly special home. The unique atmosphere here is felt from the moment you walk through our front doors.
I have been part of the Signature family since March 2014, beginning my journey as a Dementia Care Manager, where I discovered a deep passion for delivering outstanding, person-centred dementia care. In 2021, I was proud to be shortlisted as a finalist for Best Dementia Manager at the Care Awards, recognising my commitment to excellence. That same year, I became Signature’s Regional Dementia Mentor, supporting teams across the group to enhance standards, share best practice and inspire excellence. In 2025, I was promoted to Clinical Services Manager, allowing me to support residents, families and teams at an even deeper level.
What I love most about dementia care is building meaningful relationships and truly understanding the person behind the diagnosis. It is not just about meeting physical needs, but about preserving dignity, creating moments of joy, and helping residents feel safe, valued and understood every day. Working at Weybridge is special because of the strong sense of family, teamwork and shared values. The team is passionate, compassionate and genuinely committed to enhancing the quality of life for every resident. Supporting and developing our staff is central to this culture, ensuring they feel confident, valued and empowered to deliver exceptional care. Families are closely involved, and care is thoughtfully tailored to each individual’s life story, preferences and needs.
With over 17 years’ experience in the care sector, I have been proud to grow my career with Signature since joining the Weybridge team in 2008. I began as a Care Assistant, progressing to Senior Care Assistant before moving into the Wellness Department to support our Dementia Community. In July 2018, I was promoted to Dementia Care Manager.
Today, I lead a dedicated team of care professionals and am responsible for both our care staff and the well-being of our residents. I am most effective when supporting and empowering my team to deliver exceptional, truly person-centred care. For me, it is about creating peace of mind for families and ensuring every resident feels safe, supported and valued. I feel incredibly lucky to be part of an outstanding team that consistently goes above and beyond to ensure the happiness and well-being of those we care for.
As Hospitality Manager at Signature at Weybridge, I’m proud to help create a warm and welcoming environment for our residents, families, and visitors. With over 20 years of experience in hospitality and customer service, I’m passionate about delivering high standards in dining, housekeeping, well-being, and daily comfort. I work closely with our care and kitchen teams to ensure every resident’s needs, preferences, and dignity are respected. For me, great hospitality means listening, anticipating needs, and making each day that little bit brighter. It’s a privilege to support our residents and their families, and I’m always happy to go the extra mile.
Since moving to the UK in 2007, I have built a fulfilling career in residential care, beginning as a Care Assistant while completing my NVQ Level 4 in Health and Social Care. My passion for working with people inspired me to go on to complete a Master’s in Business Administration and HR Management, which led to a leadership role as a Care Home Administrator.
In 2019, I stepped into the role of Residential Care Manager, allowing me to combine strong operational leadership with my commitment to person-centred care. I truly believe that with the right support and environment, every individual can enjoy life to the fullest. Working with Signature Senior Lifestyle has been especially rewarding. It is a place where I feel a strong sense of purpose, and where we genuinely make a difference to the lives of residents and their families every day.
Before joining the care sector, I spent many years working in the corporate world with Johnson & Johnson Medical, holding roles including Customer Service Manager for the European Repairs Division and European Supply Chain Specialist. In 2018, I made the leap into care as an Activities Coordinator — a significant career change, but one I’ve never looked back on.
I’m truly passionate about what I do. My focus each day is simple: to bring joy, connection and purpose to our residents. Whether it’s through music, crafts, gentle exercise, minibus outings or simply a friendly chat over coffee, I believe it’s the little moments that make the biggest difference.
Activities play a vital role in life at Signature, and I’m fortunate to work with a fantastic team that shares that belief. We’re always open to new ideas — if it’s possible, I’ll do everything I can to make it happen.
One of the most memorable moments in my role was arranging for a resident living with cancer to see her favourite artist, Cliff Richard, at the Royal Albert Hall. Seeing her smile that night reminded me exactly why I do what I do — it’s about making every day count.
With a background in psychology and two postgraduate degrees in Human Resources, I bring a deep understanding of people and a passion for organisation to my role. After nearly a decade in HR, I embraced a unique adventure — working on cruise ships and travelling the world for five years.
In 2013, I settled in England and began my journey in the care sector, joining an Activities Team where I found a real sense of purpose. Since 2020, I’ve supported the administrative team, and in 2022, I became Business Administration Assistant. I was proud to be promoted to Business Administration Manager in 2023.
I take great pride in my work and am always happy to help — whether it’s assisting a resident, supporting a colleague or ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. For me, it’s all about delivering service with care, warmth and professionalism.
