Signature at Farnham Common

My mother in law has been at this home for 15 months and has improved in many ways. She is being helped with personal care by the most caring of carers. She is very happy there. Well fed with delicious food.

I have been constantly surprised by the kindness, helpfulness and friendliness of staff at every level, across every sphere at Sugnature Farnham Common. The atmosphere is convivial, respectful and interactive, with amenities and activities that support dignity, autonomy and choice. It is not easy to transition from home to residential care. The staff understand this, and their empathy, patience, care, friendship and kindness with is exemplary.

I can honestly say I don't believe my 96-year-old mother could be in better hands. I live overseas but my siblings are relatively local and certainly did their homework before selecting Signature at Farnham Common as being best suited to fulfilling her needs. That was almost two years ago. It is costly, for sure, but everyone at the facility seems to go "the extra mile" in making sure her needs are met. I have just completed a quick visit and continue to be impressed. And thankful.

I would highly recommend Signature at Farnham Common. The facilities are excellent, and the staff are welcoming, caring, and attentive to residents' needs. There's a genuinely lovely atmosphere, creating a warm and friendly community feel. The activities team does a fantastic job planning a full and varied programme throughout the week, ensuring there's always something engaging going on.

My mother was given the most warm welcome to her new home on 14 August '26. It was her birthday & every effort was made to make her feel special at 98 years young! A birthday party was organised, too! As her daughter who has looked after her up until this point, I was very anxious about this transition... but I didn't need to be at all. The staff took away any anxiety as soon as we arrived. A very successful, happy + loving transition.

First Class - what more is there to say? Excellent service and communication right from the first enquiry through to departure All staff were efficient and friendly - most importantly, they made time for you. This on top of being competent, efficient, friendly, helpful, etc., etc. If they didn't know they found out or engaged someone who did. I will return, with pleasure, when I next need care, probably following my knee replacement.

My husband has been at Signature F.C. for over two years. The care from the staff has been superb and we are kept informed regularly on his wellbeing. Every need, question or problem that may arise has been met with professional care, thoughtfulness , and respect for my husband's needs. The activities are well organised and managed. As a family we have all been involved in his life at Signature which has been made easier for us by the understanding and quality of the all staff and its surroundings. THANK YOU - N. Placing mum in a care home was an extremely difficult time for us as a family. However the attentive and engaging approach by all the staff has made us very comfortable with our decision. Thanks to all the staff.

My mother arrived at Signature F.C after a traumatic three weeks in hospital. We feared the worst! However through the staffs endless care and support she has recovered beyond all our expectations. We cannot thank all the staff enough.

So pleased I found this home- my mother has settled into her new life with ease supported by an incredible team of caring professionals. i can't thank them enough for the care they provide to her every day- allowing her once again to enjoy her life.

Having looked at local care homes it became clear that Signature Farnham was a notch above the rest in every way. It's like a top star hotel with amazing facilities, entertainment and activities. But what of course matters most is the level of care given. From our first visit it was palpable how much everyone that works at Signature cares for their residents, they are all SO kind. Dad's every needs are catered for and we never worry about leaving him after a visit. Everyone at all levels know his name and want the best for him and are quick to ramp up his care as his condition worsens, whilst always keeping us in the loop. You can visit the home at any time and log in to see his care and how he is for those days you miss.

It was a difficult and stressful transition for Dad and all the family but the team at Signature made it so easy and continue to show him the care and dignity he deserves. If asked, any of his family would highly recommend Signature at Farnham and the amazing team.

I cannot recommend Signature at Farnham Common highly enough. The facilities are the best we have seen by some margin (having looked around several others in the area). There is wonderfully calm, welcoming and comfortable environment. The tone is set from the moment you walk through the door. There are all manner of events and exercise sessions organised to keep everyone busy. And the quality of the food is amazing. Facilities aside, what make Signature special is the quality of the management and the staff. There is a perfect combination of professionalism and kindness which is incredibly reassuring. I have to be concerned about many things but the level of care for my father is never one of them. I am always kept informed and consulted when required. Nothing is left to chance. We have had some particular family difficulties which has required the team to make additional arrangements above & beyond the norm. At no point has this ever been an issue for which I am profoundly grateful.

My family and myself will miss everyone of you and you have our gratitude for providing our parents the best of times in the worst of times.

I am very satisfied with the choice which my sister and I made of Signature as a care home for her. The home has enabled her to settle in and to feel secure, after a period of growing anxiety while she was still living at home, alone. I've noticed how her individual choices, eg of when to get up or go to bed, have been respected, but also how she has been encouraged to join in activities. The nutritious food has enabled her to put on a little weight, and unobtrusive supervision has kept her secure, despite her occasional difficulty in finding her way about. My only reservation is that I'd like a little more urging / persuasion of her to join the exercise sessions. She enjoys them when she attends, and they are very valuable in countering her rheumatoid arthritis, but she all too often forgets to go.

Our father has resided at Signature Farnham Common for just over a year now due to a decline in his Alzheimer's condition. There have been various challenges surrounding Dad's condition, both mentally and physically. Signature Farnham Common have dealt with these issues in an excellent manner. The communication has been extremely good and they have been very professional throughout. The carers are all first class and really do care about the residents. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Signature Farnham Common for anyone who has a dementia diagnosis, or due to old age. It's a lovely environment and all the staff seem very happy to be there.

My sister and I moved our Dad to Signature in October 2024. We wondered whether it was too good to be true - but it is every bit as amazing as it looks when you walk through the door. The staff are wonderful - every one of them goes the extra 10 miles for each resident. My Dad has not always been easy to look after - but he is loved and cared for by the staff. They know him very well and they work incredibly hard to ensure that each resident has dignity, care, love and respect. We are so grateful that we found Signature.

We decided to move our mother who has Dementia as she needed more nursing care. After 10 weeks now of being a resident here she is looking much better and has gained weight. More alert and responsive. We can't believe the transformation. The carers and all the staff are amazing. It's a beautiful and very calm place which is what our mother is enjoying. Plenty for her to do and watch.

The building is first class as is the care provided by the staff who are extremely friendly and create a great personal, family like atmosphere.

My mother recently celebrated her 100th birthday in the home and the party that they organise for her was exceptional

We are very lucky to have this facility available to us.

Visiting is straightforward and relatives can relax and have free coffee and tea in the cafe.There is a wide variety of meals available to the residents and the standard is very high.Our relative has made a lot of friends,both with other residents and carers and now says he is much happier in a vibrant home,than he was at his own address.

My sister has been in Signature, Farnham common for 2 years, and it has always been a friendly, well run , efficient place with excellent care and nursing staff. My Sister is very content and enjoys the company and activities, the staff always make me feel very welcome when I visit and they keep me updated with her changing needs. There is always a nice atmosphere in the lovely well catered for coffee shop.
