Mum is so much happier in this care home than the last one. The staff are fantastic and very caring of her and we as a family, are delighted that Mum is finally settled. Two staff members in particular deserve a special mention, but all the staff are great.
Thank you so much for your review and praise of our team. We are incredibly proud of them and your recognition of their kindness and dedication is greatly appreciated. It is lovely to hear how much happier your Mum is in our care; supporting residents to settle by meeting their individual needs is very important to us.
I recently visited a family member in Signature Farnham Common and couldn't have been more blown away by the place. From the care offered to the staff, it's amazing. A warm and welcoming environment throughout the home. The cleanliness is to such a high standard and the smell throughout the home is just wonderful.

Beautiful home with amazing care team, you are always welcomed with a smile and it's lovely to see my grandma making friends and enjoying life again. We looked at many homes in the area and from the moment we walked in, we knew this was going to be the best one for her.
Here at Signature at Farnham Common, we endeavor to provide the best experience for our residents and their families. Thank you for taking the time to share your kind words with us; these will be shared with the team.
I am so pleased to see Signature at Farnham Common has become a place of comfort, safety and joy for Granny.

My mother-in-law has been at Signature Farnham Common for nearly a year now. I can say that we are so pleased with how they are helping us to look after her. The staff are splendid, from the receptionist to the nurse team and managers. When we have identified any concerns they have been remedied immediately.

In particular the Client Liaison Manager and a particular lady from the nursing staff are incredibly supportive and caring.
The combination of the premises itself and the welcoming staff make it a very nice place for my mother to live and for family and friends to visit.
Most importantly my mum couldn't be happier.
We are thrilled with your positive experience and glad your mum has settled in so well to Signature at Farnham Common. We take great pride in delivering high quality care and providing facilities to our residents. Your recognition of this is invaluable to our team, thank you.
My father has been a resident since March 2024. During that time he has had several spells in hospital. He thoroughly enjoys being a president. His room is clean, tidy and well-equipped. He takes part in organised activities and enjoys the facilities on the ground floor. The food is excellent and the menu is well-varied. The level of care he receives is excellent and he has a good rapport with carers, staff and management. One negative, it can sometimes take too long for carers to attend to my dad once he activates his alarm.
We are thrilled with your positive experience and glad your dad has settled in so well to Signature at Farnham Common. We take great pride in delivering high-quality care and providing facilities to our residents. Your recognition of this is invaluable to our team, thank you.
If they had suites, rather than studios, Mum would have moved in sooner. But her 5 months there were very happy, and she put on some much-needed weight due to the great food, not to mention her daily glass of wine!
In the end, the staff respected her wishes not to go to hospital and made sure she was comfortable, pain-free, and surrounded with love. They looked after us so well too and made an emotional and difficult time as easy as possible.
Since living in Signature my Mum has had a new lease of life and has thoroughly engaged in the fabulous activities the staff put on. The care is more than we could imagine, absolutely first class. Thank you to everyone!
Here at Signature at Farnham Common, we endeavour to provide the best experience for our residents and their families. Thank you for taking the time to share your kind words with us, these will be shared with the team.
Our family has seen the change in Mum since she joined Signature. Incredible care, food and facilities. She is always involved in one of the many activities. Fantastic.

I've been visiting a friend at Signature since last August and can honestly say I have found every member of staff most pleasant and helpful. I have only seen my friend's room which is small but nice so I don't feel I can give an honest opinion of rooms. The same is true of food, I've never tasted any so cannot give an honest opinion. I don't know how much it is so have not rated value for money. I love the reception area and the fact that there is a cinema and a pub. It is the best care home I have ever seen.
We are thrilled with your positive experience and glad your friend has settled in so well to Signature at Farnham Common. We take great pride in delivering high-quality care and providing facilities to our residents. Your recognition of this is invaluable to our team, thank you.
Amazing care home. Our family had the privilege of helping my uncle celebrate his 100th birthday yesterday! With a jazz tribute! Just want to say a huge thank you to all the amazing staff you can feel the love and warmth they have in making this place truly fabulous! Thank you so much.

I can’t express how amazing Signature Farnham Common is. It’s a wonderful environment. So much to do if you want to join in. The food is excellent. The staff are superb, my dad has been given so much love and care. I have to say the staff were a pleasure to deal with. One in particular is fantastic. I feel for the first time in 16 months I can relax. Dad is doing so well. My dad was a little confused when he went in and said this is the best hotel I’ve ever been to! It really does feel like that.

All the staff from reception, cleaners, carers and chefs are super friendly and welcoming. The surroundings are superb - a real home-from-home with wonderful facilities. My mum is so well cared for that I don't have to worry about her but just enjoy seeing her every day. We can sit in the lovely lounge, garden cafe or bar alone or share time with other residents and carers. I highly recommend it.

As a son-in-law of longstanding I have been closely involved in my wife's care of her elderly mother. In moving her mother from home care, to the high-order care provided by Signature at Farnham Common, has provided ease of mind for her. She knows that whatever the path going forward, her mother is in extremely professional and caring hands. This not only provides relief to her but to the whole of her family who care greatly for their grandmother and great-grandmother.
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience of Signature at Farnham Common. Your feedback is important to us, as is the care and well-being of all of our residents. We take great pride in ensuring we deliver high-quality care to make a difference in our residents and their family's lives.
The overall facilities, attitude, and friendliness of all involved has given me comfort that my mother has the very best care at this late stage of her life.
I cannot express sufficient thanks.

In March 2023 when my mother first walked in she said 'wow'. That sums up my experience everyday at Signature. From the lovely staff in every department, I hesitate to name the departments for fear of missing one out, everyone has been unfailingly kind and generous with their time and energy with regards to my mother and me.
Hospitality - top notch.
Facilities - top notch.
Activities - amazing.
Carers - I don’t know how they do what they do.
Some are better than others of course, but they all work incredibly hard and incredibly long hours to make each day count for all of the residents. I am most grateful for their engagement with my mother. We are lucky to have found Signature at Farnham Common. It’s a beautiful place, but the people make it. Thank you.

We strive, as a team, to work closely with our residents so we can provide the very best care for each individual in our home and we are glad to have made a difference to you and your mum. Thank you for trusting us to take care of your mum, she is a pleasure to have as a resident.
The numerous persons at Signature made my two-week stay at Signature at Farnham Common comfortable and good for me. It was a pleasant environment and comfortable on all counts. The food was varied and high class. So, the respite care, without its excellent staff, would be just a lovely building. The whole building was always spotlessly clean and the quality hotel standard. So, its attentive, smart and caring staff makes it whole and complete and merits its five stars. The manager could do more to mingle with the residents rather than leave it to the key conductor. Of particular excellence was one member of staff who was everywhere for me.
Suggestions :
More hand grip bars in the bathroom are more practical. An “L” handgrip bar at the toilet. A more practical commode - a solid chair with an open back is more comfortable and practical. It converts into a stool without a back.
The bed needs to be wider - a 90cm bed.
She is thriving in her new environment and loves it. This week has included a visit from a pony, an author and wine tasting, among many other activities.
All the staff are exceptional.
At Signature at Farnham Common, our ultimate goal is to provide the best possible level of care we can. From our carers, nurses and activities team, we strive to achieve a social and comfortable community our residents can call home.

Meet the Team (10)

My career in care started in 2013; it has been a privilege that most of my journey has been with Signature Care Homes. During this time, I gained and developed my skills as a Residential Care Manager, working in different Signature homes, and I am now delighted to move into the role of General Manager at Farnham Common. I am passionate about delivering exceptional care to our residents, ensuring our values are promoted by all our staff members, so we maintain excellent standards in all our day-to-day activities. By being a positive role model within the Home, I hope to share this passion, working alongside, supporting my team, and building caring relationships with all our residents and respective families.
At Farnham Common, we have a real understanding of how important it is to demonstrate passion and empathy when supporting our residents with their care needs, naturally tailoring our approach each time to reflect their individuality.
As a General Manager, I am motivated to support all in enhancing our service, making our Home truly remarkable.

I’ve been working in the healthcare industry for 15 years now. I’m a licensed nurse in both the United Kingdom and the Philippines. My journey in nursing began in 2003 in the Philippines. I successfully earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and passed the nursing licensing exam, which officially launched my healthcare career. My passion for nursing and healthcare and my desire to continue my education led me to move to the UK to pursue my dream of becoming a globally competitive nurse. I have had diverse and enriching experiences working in various roles in hospitals and care homes, which have helped me develop my expertise in both clinical practice and management. I am thrilled to have been offered the position of Clinical Services Manager at Signature Farnham Common. To me, this role is more than just a job: it is an opportunity to be a part of an organisation that genuinely cares about its residents, their loved ones and the team members. I am eagerly looking forward to continuing my journey of professional growth and learning with this incredible team, as I remain dedicated to ensuring the wellbeing of the residents.

I have worked in catering now for nearly 30 years, starting out at a local pub as a waitress, then moving on to be a chef in the RAF, to running my own pubs, and then going on to work for Heston Blumenthal, Pierre Koffman and Odds Farm as Food and Beverage Manager. I am very passionate about all things food and beverage. I am looking forward to making sure our residents will be well looked after and genuinely cared for while delivering a five-star service.

My career in care began in 2015 when I moved to the United Kingdom and started working as a carer. From the outset, I felt a strong connection to supporting people living with dementia, and this quickly became my true passion.
Over the years, I have remained committed to developing my knowledge, skills and understanding to ensure I provide compassionate, meaningful and truly person-centred care. I firmly believe that dementia care is about much more than meeting physical needs — it is about connection, dignity and helping each individual live well.
As Dementia Care Manager at Farnham Common, I am dedicated to creating a warm, safe and nurturing environment where residents can experience comfort, happiness and joy. I am passionate about leading and supporting my team to deliver care rooted in kindness, patience, respect and genuine human connection.
My goal is always to ensure that residents — and their families — feel reassured, valued and confident that their loved one is receiving the highest standard of care.

I am an experienced healthcare professional with over 18 years of service in the care sector, specialising in the support of vulnerable adults with complex needs. My career has been rooted in residential and nursing care environments, including senior roles at Signature and Sunrise Care Homes, where I have contributed to operational leadership, regulatory compliance, staff development, and the consistent delivery of high-quality, person-centred care.
Alongside my healthcare career, I am also an IT professional. This unique combination of clinical leadership and technical expertise enables me to bridge care delivery with process improvement, digital transformation, and enhanced operational efficiency.
I am delighted to be joining the team at Farnham as Residential Care Manager and look forward to working collaboratively with colleagues to continue delivering exceptional, high-quality care to our residents.

Di joins the team with more than three years of experience at Beaconsfield Heights, where she built strong relationships with residents, families and colleagues while developing extensive knowledge of the senior living sector.
With a background in healthcare and education management, Di is passionate about building meaningful relationships and providing an exceptional experience for prospective residents and their families. Her warm, professional and approachable nature, combined with her dedication to delivering outstanding service, ensures every family feels supported and confident throughout their journey with Signature.

As Client Liaison Coordinator at Signature at Farnham Common, I support prospective residents and their families as they explore care options. I understand that this can be a difficult and emotional time, and I strive to make the journey as smooth as possible, from the first enquiry through to moving in.

I have been a valued member of the Signature family for over 15 years, building my career from the ground up. I began my journey with the company as a Kitchen Assistant, where I developed a strong work ethic, a passion for food, and a clear understanding of the importance of quality and care in every meal.
Through dedication and commitment, I moved to another care home within the group, progressing into a Chef role. I later stepped into the position of Sous Chef, where I continued to grow—refining my leadership skills, expanding my culinary knowledge, and supporting the development of those around me.
Now, as Head Chef, I bring years of hands-on experience, loyalty, and pride to the role. I am passionate about leading my team, creating nutritious and comforting meals, and maintaining consistently high standards across the kitchen. My journey reflects both my commitment to Signature and my dedication to delivering food that makes a positive difference to residents’ daily lives.

I have worked in the care sector for many years. I started in my 20s at the Epilepsy Centre in Chalfont St Peter. After a career diversion into retail, and then later as an Administrator with the National Trust, Signature offered me the opportunity to return to the care sector, firstly as an Administrator, then Clinical Administrator and then Residential Care Manager. I later joined a specialist team to implement a new system for the whole of Signature Group, a project I am very proud to have been part of. I am now excited to work at our lovely new home in Farnham Common as a Business Admin Manager and use my qualification in CIPD Level 5 in HR. I look forward to supporting all of my colleagues in their journey at Farnham Common.

I am responsible for the health and safety of our residents, team members and visitors. I have had the privilege of working for over 5 years in the care sector. The previous nursing home, where I worked for 4.5 years as a Maintenance Manager, received an outstanding rating from the CQC in all five areas, which I hope to achieve again with our team at Farnham Common. I like helping people live independently and with dignity, despite their age and health, and with our team at Farnham Common, we aim to create a homely atmosphere with a safe and happy environment for our residents and their loved ones.
