On my second Respite stay, I had a good experience. With the new management, it was much better than previously. I was well looked after and treated with kindness by all the staff. Any questions I asked were always answered satisfactorily. The only point I would like to make is the daily tidying of
the room. However, overall, I will stay there again in the near future.

This is a well run care home with excellent staff who pride themselves in creating a welcoming and friendly environment.
The small outside area on the dementia floor is such a vital and necessary space for the residents.
In the last couple of months there has been a barbers and a new activity room
added which are great additional amenities.
It is extremely reassuring to know that my father is in the good hands of such happy and dedicated carers. He seems much more settled and content here than at the previous home he was in.

Recently, we helped our dear friend to move into Reigate Grange, and very quickly realised we had made the right choice. The staff are very supportive, friendly and patient. The common rooms are very comfortable, well appointed and airy, and there appear to be plenty of activities organised for the
residents. We have particularly appreciated how supportive Lesley has been and how efficiently she has dealt with all the questions and issues we have raised.

Our cousin enjoyed many happy years here, from an active lifestyle to her passing. Our praise is of the highest, from the welcoming grounds, beautiful clean well decorated interior, to the excellent care provided in all departments, spearheaded by the manager and her assistant. Well trained staff are
always kind and caring, with varied menus catering for all tastes. Nursing care was parr excellence! Importantly residents privacy and dignity were always maintained to the very end. Our sincere thanks to this wonderful team who made our cousin- and us! Part of their family!

Soloman and team at Signature at Banstead were Absolutely amazing. Accommodated us in every way in getting my dad in for Respite Care. It was clean, tidy, the Bistro Bar was a real treat. Dad very much enjoyed his stay especially the 'Fry up breakfasts'. Highly recommend

My mum had been at Signature for three and a half years and last year moved up to Hilltops, the dementia floor. The care, affection, patience and kindness she received was second to none. All the staff were brilliant and not only looked after Mum but were there for us as we navigated Mum's illness,
having never experienced it before. When Mum fell ill and was receiving palliative care, Signature got better. They made an incredibly and emotional time so much easier for us and it allowed us to be with Mum in a calm, controlled but peaceful environment. She passed surrounded by love and care (from Signature staff) as well as family in a dignified and peaceful way.

Today, I arrived at Signature at Banstead with an old schol friend of Mum's. Lavendar Lane was filled with joy and energy - a room full of residents and staff enjoying, an afternoon of singing and dancing, all interacting with each other. Mum's friend was amazed and got quite emotional - in her words
'never seen a care home like it'. Personally, I know this on one of the many brilliant events that takes place here. My mum is having an amazing time - such a different person to the one she was in her flat. We realise now that she felt unsafe and sometimes lonely. Here she is thriving - she is so well cared for, stimulated and feels safe. It makes my heart sing. Thank you to Becka and her wonderful team.

My mum came to Signature in April 2024. The staff have looked after my mum very well. They have great activities here that my mum enjoyed. They taken them on outings too. They treated us with great respect and dignity when my mum sadly passed away recently and honoured her in a lovely. All in all a
good care home.

My father was a resident at Signature for just under two and a half years. During his time there he was looked after by the wonderful team upstairs on the Brooklands Memory Care floor with kindness, dignity and friendship. I saw the team work often on a daily basis and felt humbled by their care and
attention to all the residents. The team upstairs were always so lovely to my Dad and looked after him with the utmost of thoughtfulness and were always so welcoming to any visiting guests with cheerful smiles. It was a pleasure to get to know them all, they were amazing. Dads medical needs and personal care were always given priority as was his daily well being. The team make day to day living run so smoothly and provide a great environment for residents to enjoy their lives. The team deserve praise and recognition for all the hard work they do, and I thank them all so very much.

I have 30 months experience of Signature Weybridge. Management and staff have given me confidence that my charge is safe, secure, and her needs are met in a professional, kind and caring manner. The staff to resident ratio is notably high. I never have to wait long for a response to my questions
and find Client Relations pro-active and reliable. The medical care side is excellent. Activities are numerous and varied. Dining is above my expected standard. With such a long period of experience, involving an elderly charge, there have inevitably been events requiring urgent action. I am more than happy with the response from management and staff at Signature Weybridge.

I came to Reigate Grange as my back operation was delayed and I required care due to balance issues and not being able to safely be at home.
The staff are all very kind and helpful and give the impression that nothing is too much trouble . Everything is extremely clean and well maintained.
There
is a varied menu and there is also a choice of something light if preferred. The staff in the restaurant are also very professional and friendly.
There is a wide range of activities which are optional and the hair salon is a great asset.
When family or friends come to visit me, I appreciate that they receive the same hospitality as I would offer at home.

Our dad has a stroke which left him unable to live alone. He has been here for 1 year now and it's comforting to know he is safe, happy and very well cared for. The carers are so helpful and supportive and dad is very happy with the care they give him. His room is lovely, with pictures of all the family
and we are very happy we chose Signature at Banstead.

Our father lived at Signature for three years during his dementia journey, and it truly became a home not just for him, but for our whole family.


The care and compassion he received from the team were exceptional. Aneta, Katie, Jana and the entire staff consistently showed kindness, patience and

genuine warmth. They treated our dad with dignity and respect every single day, which meant the world to us.


We sadly said goodbye to our father in December. During his final couple of weeks, the team made it possible for us to stay with him around the clock. They kept him comfortable and peaceful, and they also took incredible care of me, my brother and my sister during what was an emotional and difficult time.


We will always be grateful for the love, support and dignity they showed our father and our family throughout his time there. Signature will always hold a special place in our hearts.

My mum has been a Signature, Weybridge resident since March 2022. I have written previous reviews praising the staff for their kindness and excellent care. And I can confidently say that this continues to be the case. Mum is happy, content and speaks so highly of her carers. Mum enjoys activities,
outings and afternoons of entertainment. When I visit I can see first hand how kind and lovely all of the staff are, giving me peace of mind that mum is safe, happy and well cared for. Thank you Signature.

Residents are very well cared for, respectfully and affectionately, especially by the day staff. There is room for improvement with cleanliness. Bins in rooms are emptied infrequently. In the bistro we have received dirty cutlery and glasses and had to wipe chair seat clean. I feel there could be more
focus on quality v quantity for meals. We were extremely disappointed to see the activities team go- that was really poor at these prices. Good to see this area recovering. Big complaint: coffee machine is always breaking down- needs replacing!

My mother has been cared for by Signature for almost 3 years now. All her wishes have been listened to and acted upon. It is not easy taking care of my mother, in bed for almost 2 years, but she has been treated with dignity by everyone. From the reception to the manager of the home, all know my mother,
which shows people care. Whenever I visit, the carers are with my mother, I see them taking time with her even when communication has become increasingly difficult. Signature at Banstead is a quality care home, and I thank all the staff who work there.

We had a short notice requirement for an elderly gentleman with no immediate family to take a couple of weeks respite following a hospital stay and before returning home.
There were a lot of unknowns to deal with, including the fact that we did not initially have contact with his financial power of
attorney which delayed payment of the fees. The Signature team were extremely flexible and pragmatic in helping us through that challenge.
In terms of the stay itself, the teams throughout were kind and supportive and did everything they could to make my relative comfortable.
In summary, this team goes the extra mile.
