The role of Senior Care Assistant at Glenburnie is a rewarding and meaningful position, offering the opportunity to provide exceptional care while guiding and supporting our team. You’ll form strong relationships with our residents and their families, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met with dignity and compassion.
Experience as a Senior Care Assistant is essential, along with a genuine passion for delivering high?quality, person?centred care. You’ll take on responsibilities such as overseeing care delivery, supporting care staff, and ensuring the smooth running of shifts—especially during the night.

?? Position Details
- Full?time Night Shift Contract (33–44 hours per week)
- 12?hour shifts, across 7 days
- We operate 24/7—our residents rely on us no
matter the weather!
- If it’s four feet of snow, we’ll have your hot cup of tea waiting when you arrive!
