Job summary
We are looking for a carer to join at our Nursing and Residential care home situated in Bramley, Rotherham. The home has friendly team which provides care for the residents.

As a Carer, you will be responsible for:
· Supporting the activities of daily living in a person-centred manner.
· Promote physical and personal independence as well as choice in all daily activities.
· Assist residents with their personal needs.
Applicant shall:
· Be reliable, dependable, and committed to make a difference in our care home.
· Experience in health care- Previous experience in a Care Home setting is preferable.
· Be friendly and Patient Orientated.
Successful candidate will be required to apply for a Disclosure certificate (DBS).
