Bearehill Care Home is a beautiful Georgian mansion in the charming town of Brechin, surrounded by tranquil gardens and scenic wildlife. The home provides high quality Residential, Nursing, Dementia and Respite care for up to 49 residents. With its sunny conservatory, sensory garden, freshly prepared meals and warm, homely atmosphere, it is a place where residents are supported to live well and feel truly valued.

Registered Nurse RGN or RMN

• £19.76 per hour
• Contracted hours available
• Paid PVG, pension, uniform provided
• Onsite parking
• 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full time contract)

Role Overview
As a Registered Nurse, this role plays a central part in delivering high quality, person centred care within a supportive care home environment. Combining clinical expertise with a compassionate approach, the role focuses on ensuring residents receive safe, effective and respectful care at all times.

Working closely with residents, families and healthcare professionals, the role involves assessing needs, developing and reviewing care plans, and monitoring changes in physical and mental health. You will take a proactive approach to care, ensuring early intervention and accurate clinical decision making.

The role includes leading shifts, supporting and guiding the care team, and ensuring clear communication through accurate documentation and structured handovers. You will promote dignity, independence and wellbeing, creating a calm and reassuring environment where residents feel safe and valued.

What We Are Looking For

• Registered Nurse RGN or RMN with an active NMC PIN
• A calm, compassionate and professional approach
• Strong clinical judgement and decision making skills
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Experience in a care home setting is beneficial but not essential
