Senior Care Assistant / Team Leader

Hours: Full-Time 07.00-19.00pm
Salary: £13.83-£13.05phr dependent on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality care to older residents, including those with dementia
- Lead and support care staff, ensuring standards are met
- Contribute to care planning and medication administration (training available)
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold health and safety standards
- Provide cover for other senior staff when needed
Requirements
- NVQ/Diploma Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards it)
- Experience in elderly care and care planning
- Strong communication, organisation, and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Kind, caring, adaptable, and trustworthy
- Basic first aid and health & safety awareness
