The Role: Clinical Lead Nurse
As a Clinical Lead Nurse with Hallmark Care Homes, you'll play
a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of care for our
residents. From implementing rigorous safeguarding policies to
overseeing care plans, your expertise will shape the delivery of
compassionate and person-centred care. You'll have the freedom to make
critical clinical decisions, mentor and inspire our care team, and
drive continuous improvement in care delivery. The Clinical Lead will
be responsible for providing floor coverage as needed.
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead and guide the Clinical Team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and clinical excellence.
- Align clinical priorities with organisational objectives, emphasising safety, resident experience, and sustainability.
- Ensure high standards of care are met, consistent with company policies and procedures.
- Oversee Clinical Governance to drive continuous improvement.
- Demonstrate expertise in clinical practice, resident care, and professionalism.
- Inspire and motivate the Clinical Team to deliver high-quality, relationship-centred care.
Your Qualifications:
- Registered Qualified Nurse with a valid Pin
- Minimum of 2 years of leadership/management experience within a care home environment
- Level 5 qualification or working towards achieving this to enable registration with Social Care Wales
- Dementia qualification or experience caring for residents on a dementia journey desirable
