Job summary
We are looking for an RGN with a minumum of 2 years nursing experience, preferably with elderly people living with dementia, to join our team. You must have the following:
- A valid NMC PIN
- A clear enhanced DBS
- Proof of eligibility to work in the UK
We do not offer sponsorhip.
Working shifts are 12 hours, 08:00 - 20:00 and 20:00 - 08:00 on a rota basis. This will also include alternate weekends.
You will be expected to maintain high standards of care by undertaking accurate assessment and planning of care, delivery and ongoing evaluation of care plans, together with an appropriate hand-over at the end of each shift. Responsible for the effective deployment and supervision of staff within the night care team. Undertake nursing tasks including but not limited to, distribution of medication, dressings, catheterisation, tube feeding and management of chronic medical conditions.
