Bearehill Care Home is a beautiful Georgian mansion in the charming town of Brechin, surrounded by tranquil gardens and scenic wildlife. The home provides high quality Residential, Nursing, Dementia and Respite care for up to 49 residents. With its sunny conservatory, sensory garden, freshly prepared meals and warm, homely atmosphere, it is a place where residents are supported to live well and feel truly valued.
Care Assistant – Nightshift
- £13.55 per hour
- Full time and part time contracts available
- Night shift
- Pension, Paid PVG, Uniform provided
- 5.6 weeks annual leave based on a full time contract
Role Overview
As a Care Assistant, you will play an important role in a close
knit team, supporting residents with their daily routines while
promoting independence, dignity and wellbeing. You will assist with
personal care, mobility, nutrition and social engagement, ensuring
residents feel safe, respected and valued.
You will follow individual care plans, observe and report any changes in residents’ health and wellbeing, and work closely with nurses and the wider team to deliver person centred care. Your role will focus on creating a warm, welcoming and supportive environment where residents can feel comfortable and at home.
This role is suitable for both experienced Care Assistants and those new to care who are looking to begin a rewarding career, with support and training provided.
