We are looking for caring and reliable Care Assistants to join our team. You will play a vital role in supporting residents with their daily lives while promoting independence and wellbeing.

• Providing personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)
• Supporting residents with meals and hydration
• Assisting with mobility and activities
• Building positive relationships with residents and families
• Maintaining accurate care records
• Promoting dignity, respect, and person-centred care at all times
