Requirements:
- minimum 2 years experience working in a care home or healthcare setting
- good communication and interpersonal skills
- compassionate, patient, and reliable
- ability to work as part of the team
- understanding of safeguarding and person - centered care
Key responsibilities:
- assisting residents with personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)
- supporting with mobility and transfers
- assisting with meals and hydration
- monitoring and reporting changes in residents conditions
- maintaining accurate care records
