Key Responsibilities

·  Plan and schedule engaging activities (games, outings, workshops, events)

·  Tailor activities to participants’ interests, abilities, and needs

·  Lead or facilitate activities and encourage participation

·  Coordinate with staff, volunteers, and external providers

·  Manage activity budgets and resources

·  Promote upcoming events and keep participants informed

·  Ensure health, safety, and accessibility standards are met

·  Monitor and evaluate the success of activities
