Hours: 25 hours per week
Pay: £13.20 per hour
Contract: Part-time, Permanent
Shift: Days (3pm-8pm including some weekends)

What you will be doing:
- Washing, drying, ironing, and folding residents’ clothing and care home linen.
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene within the laundry area.
- Ensuring laundry is clearly labelled and returned promptly to the correct residents.
- Operating laundry equipment safely and efficiently and supporting infection control procedures and COSHH guidelines.
- Supporting the wider housekeeping team when required.
- Working as part of a friendly team that puts residents’ wellbeing first.
What you need:
- A positive, can-do attitude.
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good attention to detail and respect for residents’ personal belongings.
- Previous housekeeping experience (care home experience is desirable but not essential).
- A warm and respectful approach when working in residents’ personal spaces.
