We’re recruiting Night Shift Team Leaders. You’ll receive £500 in your first payroll after joining, and a further £500 once you pass probation, recognising both your commitment and your contribution to stable night?time leadership.

What You’ll Do 

  • Lead and coordinate the night care team 

  • Oversee personal and psychological care, ensuring consistency and compassion 

  • Support care planning and resident assessments 

  • Carry out clinical observations and refer appropriately to registered nurses 

  • Administer medication under a delegation model 

  • Supervise and coach team members through 1:1s and development planning 

About You 

  • Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification (or equivalent) 

  • Experienced in supervising or leading staff in a residential or nursing home 

  • Calm, confident, and passionate about person-centred care 

  • Comfortable with medication administration and digital care systems 

  • Eager to build your career, including through funded CHaPs training
