Position: Registered Mental Health Nurse (Night Shift)

- Hours: 33 hours per week (night shifts, rota basis including alternate weekends)

Job Overview
A rewarding opportunity is available for a compassionate and experienced Night Nurse (RMN) to join the team. The role focuses on delivering high-quality care to residents with:
- Dementia
- Complex mental health conditions
- High-dependency nursing needs
The home provides 24-hour nursing and residential care for up to 55 residents, ensuring continuous staffing including night shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver person-centred nursing care during night shifts
- Monitor residents’ health and wellbeing
- Administer medications safely in line with NMC guidelines
- Support residents with dignity, respect, and compassion
- Work collaboratively with carers and the multidisciplinary team
Requirements
- Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) qualification
- Valid NMC registration
- Previous nursing home or dementia care experience preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
