Night Care Leader Location: Orchard Way, Holmer Green Pay rate: £14.75 per hour Contracted hours: FIXED TERM: 30 hours per week - Maternity Cover for 1 year ABOUT THE ROLE Are you an experienced carer with a desire to progress your career to the next level? Leading a small team of carers, you’ll be responsible for keeping wakeful watch on the security and safety of our residents and the home in general. You’ll ensure that care plans are regularly reviewed, understanding the importance of maintaining accurate records, and will be able to manage the time of both yourself and your team effectively to support the wellbeing of our residents. You’ll understand that some shifts might be challenging, but you’ll also laugh, have fun and make lasting memories with our residents. In joining us, you’ll also become part of our extended family. You’ll also be experienced in leading a team to deliver care, be keen to progress to a role with greater levels of responsibility  and be willing to undertake relevant training to support your career development in a nurturing, engaging and rewarding environment. You’ll be a positive role model, with excellent communication skills and a natural ability to get along with others.
