Job summary
We are recruiting full or part time senior support workers in our residential home in Solihull.
We support adults with learning disabilities, variious health concerns.
The role will involve Personal care, administation of medication, Community activities, promoting independent skills,cleaning and cooking,
Excellent communication skills and an inderstanding of adults with learning disabilities.
Full clean driving licence is desired but not a necessity.
Must have NVQ level 3 or equivelent, or level 2 and willing to work towards gaining level 3 qualification.
Shifts including alternate weekends.
