My sister has been taken in by the best carers there can be. They look after her really well. Caring for her needs at all times. They are a friendly, family people. I have searched other homes before, but none measure up to Mereside. The managers and all staff are excellent, I was unsure about leaving my sister in a care home, but I am now so pleased I have found this one.
The team at Mereside are fantastic, amazing people who look after my brother exceptionally well. I always feel very confident that they have my brothers interests and well fare at the heart of everything they do.
