My sister has been taken in by the best carers there can be. They look after her really well. Caring for her needs at all times. They are a friendly, family people. I have searched other homes before, but none measure up to Mereside. The managers and all staff are excellent, I was unsure about
leaving my sister in a care home, but I am now so pleased I have found this one.

The team at Mereside are fantastic, amazing people who look after my brother exceptionally well. I always feel very confident that they have my brothers interests and well fare at the heart of everything they do.

As parents, we feel confident in our absence. Samantha has the best care and attention she could possibly have. The management and staff are always very attentive and caring.
I rate Mereside as 5 star.

Choosing Mereside for Samantha has proved one of the best decisions my husband and I have ever made.
The family atmosphere provided by the staff is warm and caring.
Mereside is well run, clean, tidy and well decorated.

I visit my auntie at mereside care home regularly. All the staff, residents and management are very welcoming and kind. The home is nice and clean. I come often to have lunch with my auntie. The food is delicious and nothing is ever to much from the staff and management.

The care my daughter receives at Mereside is excellent, I have no concerns. My daughter has been at Mereside for many years, it is her home, she is very happy. The staff and management go above and beyond.

My sister has been at Merside for several years now. Over that time, her health has deteriorated, but the level of care has been adjusted to satisfy her requirements.
My sister thoroughly enjoys her time at Mereside, and the staff and residents have been incredibly supportive. The environment is
homely, and everyone pulls together to support residents' needs.
Mereside is fundamental to my sisters' wellbeing, and they have been so supportive over the years.

My Uncle is a resident at Mereside and I honestly could not speak more highly of the team - the Management Team and Carers are all amazing. I truly could not wish for a better home for my Uncle. The care my Uncle receives is exceptional and he is so supported by all the Team at Mereside. The Carers
provide the highest standard of care to my Uncle and all the residents at Mereside. The Management Team and Carers work incredibly hard to ensure all residents live in a happy and loved home. Mereside is always immaculate and the food available to residents is outstanding. The team are truly remarkable.

My daughter has beening living at Mereside Care Home since 2014. She classes this as her home. It is a lovely and homely environment nothing is ever to much from management or the care staff. I know my daughter is well looked after. It is like one big family which is lovely and reassuring for me.
There is no negative comments only positive!!
