My sister has been taken in by the best carers there can be. They look after her really well. Caring for her needs at all times. They are a friendly, family people. I have searched other homes before, but none measure up to Mereside. The managers and all staff are excellent, I was unsure about leaving
my sister in a care home, but I am now so pleased I have found this one.

Our daughter has been living there for 10 years, she is very happy and gets on well with staff. We find the staff very friendly and welcoming when we visit. We know if our daughter has any problems the staff know how to help her. We know we can speak to management at any time if there are any concerns.

Choosing Mereside for Samantha has proved one of the best decisions my husband and I have ever made.
The family atmosphere provided by the staff is warm and caring.

We are very pleased with everything at Kenwood. All the staff are very welcoming when we visit. Our daughter always looks clean and is dressed very nicely. Sleeping is still not good, but that has always been the same. They do loads of activities, which is good. On the whole, we are very pleased with
everything.

The review was good. I was asked a lot of things about my son, how he was being treated and how the staff got on with my son and the support that he gets in the home, and the staff. They do a great job. No major problems relating to my son. They do a great job, and they look after my son in every

I visit my auntie at mereside care home regularly. All the staff, residents and management are very welcoming and kind. The home is nice and clean. I come often to have lunch with my auntie. The food is delicious and nothing is ever to much from the staff and management.

My sister has been at Merside for several years now. Over that time, her health has deteriorated, but the level of care has been adjusted to satisfy her requirements.
My sister thoroughly enjoys her time at Mereside, and the staff and residents have been incredibly supportive. The environment is homely,
and everyone pulls together to support residents' needs.
Mereside is fundamental to my sisters' wellbeing, and they have been so supportive over the years.

My Uncle is a resident at Mereside and I honestly could not speak more highly of the team - the Management Team and Carers are all amazing. I truly could not wish for a better home for my Uncle. The care my Uncle receives is exceptional and he is so supported by all the Team at Mereside. The Carers
provide the highest standard of care to my Uncle and all the residents at Mereside. The Management Team and Carers work incredibly hard to ensure all residents live in a happy and loved home. Mereside is always immaculate and the food available to residents is outstanding. The team are truly remarkable.

My daughter has beening living at Mereside Care Home since 2014. She classes this as her home. It is a lovely and homely environment nothing is ever to much from management or the care staff. My son has been with Grazebrook Homes for many years in care there. The standards have always been high, but since he moved into another part of Adshead around 12-months ago, the standards have moved again to that of "excellent". The team are first-class, well trained and always friendly. Always able
to meet management and/or owner with any concerns if they arise, rarely do. Most importantly, he is "very happy".

Whenever we have visited, the staff have been very polite and extremely helpful. They make us very comfortable. Our questions as answered properly. With covid-19, they have been very helpful. When it was possible, they made arrangements for a garden visit. We are always made welcome.

My brother has been at Grazebrook for 3-4 years now it has settled him down enormously. He obviously enjoys his time there which is a credit to the staff and management. He goes for walks in the park and an annual holiday to the seaside. My sister and myself used to visit regularly before COVID-19 hit.
We hope to see our brother again for Christmas.

It is a homely atmosphere, the staff are always checking on me. Bedrooms are laid out well. Since I have been home the staff and management have treated me with dignity and always have made me make the right choices.
