Our daughter has been living there for 10 years, she is very happy and gets on well with staff. We find the staff very friendly and welcoming when we visit. We know if our daughter has any problems the staff know how to help her. We know we can speak to management at any time if there are any concerns.
Thank you for your kind words, we have built a positive relationship with your daughter and you as family, we appreciate your help contributions over the years.
We are very pleased with everything at Kenwood. All the staff are very welcoming when we visit. Our daughter always looks clean and is dressed very nicely. Sleeping is still not good, but that has always been the same. They do loads of activities, which is good. On the whole, we are very pleased with everything.
Thank you for you kind review and feedback of our home. We aim to provide excellent care and support for everyone in the Kenwood family.
The review was good. I was asked a lot of things about my son, how he was being treated and how the staff got on with my son and the support that he gets in the home, and the staff. They do a great job. No major problems relating to my son. They do a great job, and they look after my son in every way. I am very pleased with everything that I was asked relating to my son in the home.
Thank you for your kind review. At Kenwood House our aims are to be person centred for each individual we support and to retain positive family relationships for both service users and our dedicated staff team.
